He handed the phone to her.
"Better safe than sorry. If this thing is really that important, and the mastermind is determined to get it, having an extra backup can't hurt." She took the phone, logged into her cloud account, and downloaded the file she had uploaded at the café onto Sean Quinn's phone. "Alright, mission accomplished. Here you go..."
Sean reached out and gently stroked her hair. "You handled this very well. But you have to remember this from now on: no piece of evidence is more important than your life. You are what's most important. I need you to stay alive and well. Do you hear me?"
Stella Lockwood felt the concern in his voice and couldn't help but smile faintly. "Mhm. I know."
