Stella Lockwood left The Jewel Manor feeling utterly dejected. She glanced back at the beautiful building before walking toward the car where Pearl Jewel was waiting. Seeing her approach, Pearl hurried over. "Ma'am, did Mrs. Quinn tell you where they transferred Mr. Quinn?"
Stella Lockwood shook her head, suppressing her emotions. She picked up her phone and called Philip Lefevre. "Philip, can you find out where Sean Quinn is being treated?"
"Ma'am, I'm already looking into it. Just give me a little more time. This isn't something we can rush. Don't worry. Also, what did Mrs. Quinn have you do? If you don't mind telling us, we can help you come up with a plan."
Philip Lefevre tried to reassure her. He could tell that Stella Lockwood was extremely anxious, and even though she was trying to control it, her distress was still evident.
