Stella Lockwood drove north for about ten minutes when her phone rang. She answered, "Hello. What do I do now?"
"Ditch the car, find an unlocked share bike on the side of the road, and ride it north to the river."
With that, the caller hung up.
She looked up and, sure enough, there was a bike-share station not far away. She quickly parked the car, and after a moment of searching, she found a bike that was already unlocked. She hopped on and rode toward the river.
When she reached the river, her phone rang again. "Find an inflatable boat. Get to the other side." The point of this method was clear: it allowed her to bypass all traffic cameras and cross half the city, only to reappear on the other side.
She had no choice but to ditch the bike. Just as instructed, there was a motorboat by the river.
