The grip on his shoulder was agonizing, forcing a loud YOW from Gordon Gable.
He wondered who this guy was and why he was being so incredibly rough. A flare of irritation rose in his chest. After finally breaking free from the sunglasses-wearing man's grip, Gordon looked him up and down with obvious disgust. The man didn't look like a bodyguard, and the scar on his face was incredibly ugly.
"Dad, where did you find these people? Their attitude is terrible!" Gordon thought these were mercenaries his dad had hired. The Grant Family had paid good money; this bunch needed to serve him well. He fumed, wondering if they wanted a bad review for grabbing his shoulder right off the bat.
Having already reunited with his dad, Mr. Grant, and his Uncle Grant, Gordon felt emboldened. Reverting to his arrogant, spoiled-heir persona, he was determined to reclaim control of the situation.
"Young Master Grant, aren't we leaving immediately? What else do we need to get?"
