According to the official announcement from Bora, they are designating Chinese cyclist Huang Chong as their Core Commander for the day. Every member will be working for him, supporting his bid for the overall championship of this year's UAE Tour—
His current standing in the general classification is the same as it was after Stage 3. He remains in second place with no change, trailing the leader, UAE cyclist Vine, by only 6 seconds.
If the gap stays this small, and Huang Chong can hold on until the end to challenge Vine in a final sprint, his chances of victory are very high.
However, it's crucial to note that hot on Huang Chong's heels is the biggest favorite to win the race: Ben O'Connor, the leader of the Decathlon Team.
He is currently only 3 seconds behind Huang Chong in the general classification, a gap so small it's almost negligible.
