Stepping out of a shoe store, Gao Yuan said to Yaoyao and Yanyan.
"Aren't you going to get something to eat with us?"
"I have some things to take care of at home."
Yaoyao was a little unhappy. If she had known Gao Yuan was planning to leave early today, she wouldn't have come out shopping. They had only spent a few hours together, and now he was already going home.
Waving goodbye to them, Gao Yuan headed straight for the elevator.
As he stood in the elevator, Gao Yuan found himself wondering what Lin Wanyu and Li Mengqing were making for dinner at home. 'They didn't just call for a chef again, did they?'
DING!
The elevator stopped, but not to go straight down to the underground garage. It had stopped on the second floor.
Gao Yuan looked up as a woman stepped inside. She had long, straight black hair and an elegant air about her, and she was carrying several shopping bags.
