Standing at Jace Lennox's door, Phoebe raised her hand.
But after raising it, she hesitated for a few seconds before lowering it again.
Sigh.
Phoebe let out a sigh.
Just as she was wondering how to knock and what she should say, the door opened.
When Jace Lennox saw Phoebe standing at his door, he glanced up at her.
And when Phoebe saw Jace Lennox appear before her, she let out a little, "Uh... um, Mr. Lennox, I..."
"Need something?" Jace Lennox asked coolly.
"N-No, nothing." Phoebe waved her hands in a flurry. "Good night, Mr. Lennox."
With that, Phoebe fled back to her room, shutting the door and bolting it behind her.
'Judging by his expression, he probably hasn't given the dinner incident a second thought, right?'
Phoebe reassured herself, forcing herself to calm down and turn her attention back to the garment.
