As the Wild Dog King, Lili had conquered a pack of underlings in the old district, so she naturally knew how to open up new territory.
Leading her pack through the alleyways, she quickly locked onto an area thick with the scent of dogs. After a round of "loving" communication, Lili spat out a mouthful of dog fur and began the interrogation.
"Have you noticed anyone bringing lots of kids in and out of any houses lately?"
Besides rummaging through trash cans and fighting each other for food, what would these brainless strays know about such things?
Having no choice, Lili could only have them spread the word: anyone who provided a clue would get all the dog food they could eat.
