"Come to think of it, what was your initial purpose for creating these two rings?"

Stelle played with the two rings on her hands, moving her left hand to her right, and then her right to her left.

It was actually quite fun.

"For sneak attacks."

"Sneak attacks?"

"Yeah, to punch someone through the screen."

He wanted to punch Polka.

"Right now, the only issue is that the coordinates haven't been fully resolved. After a few minor adjustments, they'll be ready to use."

Stelle had personally experienced just how powerful Aidan was in his Erudition state; any furniture she could imagine, Aidan could effortlessly whip up—no matter how complex it was.

And when Aidan granted everyone's wishes while in his Erudition state, he was essentially accumulating knowledge and experience.

In reality, that brain-development potion from last time wouldn't necessarily have summoned Polka.

But Aidan had deliberately stimulated his own memory, forcing himself to recall the Aether Phase Engine project, which made Polka kill him. This was actually part of his plan, and everything unfolded exactly as he had anticipated.

It was merely utilizing his resurrection ability to test Polka's capabilities.

When it came to a battle of wits.

Aidan was absolutely certain that Polka couldn't handle him—at most, she could only strike when he was in a Path state with poor physical stats, like Erudition.

Back when he turned into Nanook, he hadn't intended to specifically kill Polka. After all, if he had casually searched for the whereabouts of an Emanator back then, wherever his divine consciousness swept, destruction would follow.

Now, Aidan had already found a clue to cracking the problem.

Polka had killed him three times, but the information was still insufficient.

For the first two deaths, Polka hadn't chosen to strike when he was at his weakest, but rather when he was processing the most intensive information.

In his Erudition Path state, the amount of information his brain processed per second was extremely fast. That information poured in like a torrent and cascaded like a waterfall. And the timing Polka chose was always the moment he had just touched the boundary of some knowledge, when his mind was at its most active and least defended.

The third time with the potion was due to special circumstances. In that state, Aidan could be considered a mini-Nous; it wasn't about predicting the future, but rather fixing the future in the direction he observed. No matter what, Polka couldn't tamper with an event where the probability was absolutely zero—even if Polka turned a one-in-ten-million accident into a hundred-percent kill, it still had to be a situation where the probability was greater than zero.

But the Silent Lord was an old fox after all; if he wanted to deal with her, he had to lay out a proper plan.

She might not know all his information, and even Nous might not be able to calculate what he was, since even he himself didn't know what he was.

Aidan absentmindedly finished crafting a Stability Anchor and placed the silver cube on the table.

Stability Anchor

Function: restriction of imaginary energy.

Within its range, no one could use imaginary energy beyond the scope of the range.

"Stelle, I'm going to teach you something, come here."

"What are you going to teach me?"

Stelle leaned in.

"Remember this, alright? If someone captures you in the future, just say that milk dragon and Belial will avenge me."

Aidan said, holding up a finger.

"What are milk dragon and Belial?"

"Combined, they are characters that appeared in abstract videos. In short, if I hear these two words, i can track the source of it. Just treat it as a code that only I can understand."

Aidan said.

"Why not just say the names directly?"

"Because saying names isn't safe." Aidan pointed to his head. "Beside it really just an abstract meme. If someone who get kidnap shout anything weird, Others will be confused, and if they feel uneasy about unknown things, they'll have to asking other or searching it online. If they do, there will be a trace."

"Wow, sneaky."

"How can you call that sneaky?." Aidan tossed the newly made silver cube on the table to Stelle. "When you're out and about, you must be on your guard. Especially a dummy like you, who's more likely to get sold and still help count the money for the seller."

Stelle scrambled to catch the silver cube, bouncing it in her hand, feeling that it was heavy.

"What's this new gadget? Can you hit people with it?"

"A Stability Anchor. If you encounter enemies that use long-range attacks to pull you, or ones that look really tough, just throw this thing on the ground. Within a large area around it, no one can use fancy abilities; you can only fight with fists and physique. Path energy will be greatly restricted, and the bonuses from Abundance and Preservation will be as well."

"This thing can disable Path energy?"

"Yes, the range covers about half the Astral Express." Aidan nodded. "If you encounter an enemy that is particularly good at fighting, throw it on the ground, and everyone can stand on the same starting line for a fair competition."

"Then what if the enemy is particularly good at fighting even without using Path energy?"

"Then run." Aidan answered very crisply. "If you can't beat them, run. It's not shameful. Remember the code, don't forget it when you get nervous."

"I won't forget, milk dragon and Belial, right?" Stelle patted her chest in assurance. "Although I don't understand it, it rolls off the tongue quite well."

"Yeah, I'll tell Dan Heng and March 7th in a bit." Aidan stretched. "We're about to go to the next planet for Trailblaze."

"Trailblaze, huh..."

"Yeah, I actually lack a sense of security, so I must make full preparations in advance."

At this moment, Stelle didn't know that the "full preparations" Aidan spoke of were actually a planet-level extinction cannon designed for specific target identification.

"You? Lack a sense of security?"

"Is it strange?"

"It's not strange..." Stelle thought for a moment. "It's just that you usually seem... uh, how should I put it, like you can do everything. You can make this, make that, fight, fix things, and even fish people out of circles. It feels like nothing can stump you."

Aidan smiled: "Knowing a lot doesn't mean you're safe. On the contrary, the more you know, the more you realize how many things in this universe can kill you. Let's go, let's go tell Dan Heng and March the code. Everyone needs to have the same story, so we don't mess up at a critical moment."

The two strolled one after the other to the Parlor Car.

"Everyone, stop what you're doing, I have an announcement." Aidan clapped his hands, attracting the attention of both of them.

"What is it now?" March 7th looked up, her face full of vigilance. "Aren't you Erudition today? What kind of trouble are you causing again?"

"What do you mean trouble? I'm providing everyone with some extra security."
