Zone 5.
As monsters continued to pour out of the rifts, the demonized beasts stranded in the human world were swiftly dealt with by the players stationed in the various main cities.
At first, they were quite happy. They felt the pressure gradually easing, and some even started singing and dancing in celebration.
But later on, they suddenly became distressed again, because they discovered that the rankings of the other Zones on the points leaderboard were still climbing. Only in Zone 5 were the numbers rising for the guild leader and the others.
Ordinary players like them had no monsters to kill at all.
"What do we do? Should we go into the rift and take a look?"
"Are you insane? If you dare go in, you'll be kicked out of the guild by tomorrow."
"Sigh, but without monsters to kill, this is really boring."
"Exactly. Standing guard here feels worse than being in prison."
