After the darkness consumed me, I didn't remember the exact amount of time before I saw light once again. Because when I did, I found myself lying on a bed in a small room.
I looked around in confusion, the room greeting me with a strange sense of familiarity. I knew I had never seen it ever in my life, but there was a feeling at the back of my mind that said that I had been living here for some time.
Just as I got up, my mind still clouded by shock and confusion, a sudden burst of pain assaulted my mind.
"Oh, fuck!" I groaned out in pain, clutching my head as if it would stop the sensation I was feeling. But weirdly, it did. Because in the next moment, the pain disappeared as if it never occurred in the first place.
In its place, a sudden stream of memories rushed through my mind. And in this moment, everything clicked. The room started feeling familiar and I knew why.
"Oh my god! Did I just wake up in Marvel!?" The memories cleared my doubts.
I was reborn in an eighteen-year-old body that looked just like me and had the same name as me, Zayne Morningstar. I had been an orphan since five years ago when my parents died in an accident back in my hometown.
A month ago, I had managed to land an admission in the Empire State University and arrived in New York City. But I didn't have a lot of money. I had my savings but not enough to buy a good house in New York City. Fortunately, I got a scholarship that would cover my college fees.
Now, I was living in a good-quality rented apartment in Queens, NYC, but after paying an upfront rent for the next six months, I only had $3K remaining.
But putting all that aside, where's my system? Where's my person cheat-code, my golden finger?
Just as this thought occurred to me, a blue holographic panel popped up before my face, bringing out a sigh of relief from my soul. I really didn't want to live in this world without a cheat.

Looking at the message, I quickly pressed 'Yes'. There was literally no hesitation in my action. I had dreamed about this a million times and I didn't want to wait any longer.

"Whoa! That's a lot of items!" I was amazed by looking the multiple items and just from a glance, they didn't look cheap. Just the million dollars made the starter pack invaluable and it might not even be the most valuable item here.

I suddenly felt a cool sensation all over my body before it quickly disappeared. And then, being an avid web novel reader, I knew exactly what to do.

Looking at the massive panel before me, I started going through it slowly.
The first was my name and title. After that was my race, which was now a mana-based human as it was modified by getting my new class.
My new class was the most basic class, and after reaching certain levels, it would get upgraded to the next rank. Currently, my class was a Mage Apprentice (N), meaning that I was a student who has just started out in the way of magecraft. The next upgrade would be at level 10.
After that was my level, which was 0, my current status and my attributes. The most noticeable was my Luck which was increased by the Lucky Charm (SSR) amulet that I got. This brings me to another important feature of my system and that is, I could equip items without actually having to wear them in real world.
After that was my skills. It was almost empty except for the two skills that I got from the starter pack. The Primordial Grimoire (EX) contained all the spells that had ever existed and will exist. And not just spell, there were also recipes and techniques. But obviously, most of it was locked. The only part accessible to me was the N-grade section, in other words, the most basic spells, recipes and techniques.
As for the other skill, well, some of you might have understood what it's for, so I will leave it for later.
After that was my equipment, the ones that I had currently equipped. Following that was the total amount of currencies that I have, which was $1M. All obtained from the starter pack.
And last but not the least, the worlds that I had access to. Right now, I was in the Marvel Universe (#69) and I also had a token that I could use to access a new world. According to the system, it would allow me to choose a world at random. And when I am in a world, all the other worlds would be frozen.
