Yuta was the first person to speak.
He looked at me carefully before saying,"Ikuyo-san… that's a lot of knowledge you just gave us… and you said you made a binding vow to boost your technique's performance."
I nodded slowly.
"Well… yeah. I was under threat, so I made a very rough binding vow to see the future. But instead of seeing the future about myself, I saw… these things instead." I scratched the back of my head. "Some parts are still fragmented."
Yup, my actual super power had to be lying, I sighed.
Everyone frowned slightly after they heard me use a rough binding vow. Everyone here clearly understood how dangerous binding vows could be. They nodded slowly.
Tengen looked at us before speaking again.
"Kita… how sure are you?"
I met her gaze.
"Very sure."
She didn't ask a second time.
"Do you have any information about when Kenjaku would come for me?" Tengen asked.
I paused and tried to remember the timeline from the original series.
"We should be safe for about a week," I said. "That's all I can say for certain. But in my divination, the result came from a scenario where Yuki-san and Choso-san stayed with you, Tengen-sama. If too many aspects change, the result might change as well."
Yuki, who had been silent for a long time, suddenly leaned forward and struck a playful pose.
"Is there anything you know about me?" she asked with a grin as she pointed to her face with her index finger.
Honestly… she looked weirdly excited.
I shook my head.
"No… Yuki-san. You didn't have much of a fight in the future, I saw. You were mostly busy protecting Tengen."
Yuki's shoulders dropped immediately.
"Aw…
Tengen nodded slowly before speaking again.
"Call the Vessel of Sukuna back in. I will block Sukuna with my barriers so he cannot eavesdrop. Then we can discuss our plan properly."
I stared at her.
"…Why didn't you do that earlier?" I asked bluntly. "We could've saved a lot of time."
Megumi glanced at me, he was thinking the same thing just now however, I just said it earlier.
Tengen looked back at me calmly.
"Even if I can block Sukuna with barriers, it is better if the boy knows less," she replied. "Sukuna may find a way to read Yuji's memories eventually. It is safer if the boy himself does not know certain information."
…Did that explanation make sense?
Honestly, not really. But I have read Jujutsu Kaisen, and I knew Sukuna, the Bullshit Binding Vow Spam Ass Pull Merchant
But I didn't have a thousand years of experience in jujutsu, so I just accepted Tengen's reasons.
I watched as Choso moved towards the exit. He stepped outside, and a few minutes later, he returned with Yuji.
Yuji looked a little down when he came back in.
Well… we had just kicked him out of the room earlier. Even if he understood the reason and knew we were right, it probably still felt bad.
Or maybe he was just feeling guilty again about Sukuna.
Tengen made several complicated hand signs like a gangster before finally nodding.
"Sukuna is blocked by my barriers."
Then she began explaining the rules of the Culling Games in detail, along with the structure of the colonies and what rules we would need to add once we accumulated enough points.
Yuji and others listened carefully. Honestly, none other have heard about the Culling game rules either. I was a little hasty, I must admit. I just dumped what I knew before Tengen could even explain what culling games were to others.
Whenever the explanation reached sensitive information, we either skipped details or simplified things. No one mentioned my fake cursed technique, and we avoided explaining Kenjaku's long-term plans.
Our strategy slowly began to take shape.
The plan was simple.
Yuji and Megumi would not enter the same colony.
We decided it was too dangerous to keep them together, especially after what I had said about Sukuna targeting Megumi in the future.
With the points we accumulated, we would start adding rules that could weaken the Culling Games system itself.
Ending the game entirely would be the ultimate goal.
Killing Kenjaku would also be a priority… although everyone silently understood that was extremely unlikely.
Freeing Gojo Satoru was another major objective.
Even knowing that Angel would appear and follow Megumi, none of us actually felt safe relying on that alone.
We really lacked sorcerers.
So the assignments were decided carefully.
Yuta would enter the Sendai Colony.
Yuji, Choso, and I would go to Tokyo No. 1 Colony.
Megumi and Maki would go to the Sakurajima Colony, which was the location where we were most likely to encounter Angel as that pervert followed Megumi wherever he went.
Because Maki had not yet awakened her heavenly restriction we lacked high level fighter on the colony, several weaker sorcerers would remain nearby to support that colony if needed.
Yuki would stay close to Sakurajima as well. Her main objective was still protecting Tengen, but she could flexibly support other colonies.
She would act as backup if things went wrong, but she would not actively enter the games unless necessary, since she also needed to remain prepared in case Kenjaku attempted to attack Tengen.
After we gathered Hakari and other allies, they would head toward Tokyo No. 2 Colony.
Maki also said she would deal with the Zenin Clan first before entering any colonies.
When she said that, the room went quiet.
I warned her to be careful. She didn't respond.
She had been quiet ever since I told her about her mother plotting her death.
As for Lake Gosho Colony and the other colonies, we decided to ignore them for now. We would only deal with them later, after we added rules that allowed travel between colonies.
Plans were drawn. Everything was decided.
Now we needed allies, and we still had time before the Culling Games
So Megumi, Yuji, and I prepared to leave and search for Hakari and Kirara before officially beginning the plan.
Choso and Yuki stayed behind with Tengen.
Megumi, Yuji, and I got up, and we walked to the entrance of the Tombs of the Star Corridor. I glanced back one last time.
At the mess I had created.
Was what I did actually smart?
Or had I just thrown so many pieces onto the board that I would eventually drown under them?
After a week… maybe less…
My knowledge from the manga and anime would become useless.
Once the timeline changed too much, the future I knew wouldn't exist anymore.
I sighed quietly and followed Yuji and Megumi into the corridor.
Time to find Hakari.
