Hello readers, just a little bit of knowledge here from the author!
Almost no one in this world can simply heal themselves. To mend a severe wound, a warrior either has to receive help from someone on the Divine Pathway of Healing (Path of Minervae) or use specific, high-tier artifacts.
The reason Julian Invictus can heal himself comes down to two unique factors:
He possesses the monstrous, bottomless Aethel capacity of the Invictus bloodline.
He bears the Primordial Lingua Caelestium, Dictatum-Rex, which grants him Absolute Spatial Authority.
By combining these two things, he doesn't use traditional healing magic; he simply commands reality and space to forcefully mend his flesh. Mind you, a Primordial Lingua Caelestium is so exceedingly rare that one only appears every few centuries.
A Clarification on the Power System: Another thing to note is the naming convention for the Tiers. When a warrior physically reaches Tier 2, they are not immediately called an Evocati. A warrior only earns the official title of Ascendant Step (AS): Evocati after they have successfully awakened their Divine Pathway.
Following that logic, the official ranks are:
Ascendant Step (AS) Tier 3: Centurion
Ascendant Step (AS) Tier 4: Tribune
Ascendant Step (AS) Tier 5: Legate
Ascendant Step (AS) Tier 6: Imperator
Ascendant Step (AS) Tier 7: Divinitas
Beyond AS 7: Unknown...
Also, keep in mind that a person possessing a Primordial Lingua Caelestium is so overwhelmingly strong that even at AS 2, they can easily defeat an AS 3 warrior. However, doing so requires a massive Aethel capacity so they don't burn out—which Julian, of course, has in spades.

Ascendant Step (AS) Tier 1: Novicius (The Foundation). At this stage, the user can only circulate Aethel internally to enhance their physical strength, speed, and durability. No external magic is possible yet.
