Chapter 22 - Chapter 22 Stay Away From My Mother

Throughout the entire morning, new players like Megumi and Tomoya were desperately cramming to catch up.

But reality was cruel… he third-year class had already started learning practical Ninjutsu. Expecting these newcomers who hadn't even figured out what Chakra was to keep up was simply impossible.

After a whole morning, even Ran, who had decent grades in the real world, felt like she was listening to a foreign language, let alone Tomoya, Yui, and others who weren't good at studying to begin with.

At noon, the students scattered in small groups.

Some took out homemade bento, while others prepared to buy bread from the convenience store to tide themselves over.

Just as Makoto and Airi walked out of the classroom—

"M-Makoto-kun... Airi!"

A familiar voice, tinged with tears, called out.

The two turned around and saw a girl with chestnut-colored long hair and a delicate, pitiful temperament, about nine years old.

"Nee-san?!" Airi's eyes widened.

The next second, Aizono Marina threw herself directly into Makoto's arms, tears streaming down her face: "Makoto-kun... I-I'm so scared..."

Makoto gently patted her back. "It's okay. Aren't I here?"

The popular kid group, who had also come out to buy lunch, happened to witness this scene.

"That person... I remember she's Aizono Marina-senpai from the second year, right? Airi's older sister?" Yumiko said in surprise.

Kakeru looked at Makoto with a bit more envy.

'Sisters... this guy really had a way.'

Then he thought: 'Now that I had also transmigrated, once I learned the skills here, maybe I could...'

"It seems we're not the only grade level that got pulled in." Hayato said thoughtfully.

"You're absolutely right… Hayama-kun."

A familiar voice came from behind.

Hayato and Yukino spun around and saw a girl about twelve years old, whose face was eighty percent similar to Yukino's, looking at them with a smile.

"Nee-san—!?"Yukino exclaimed.

"Haruno-nee—!?"Hayato was shocked.

Haruno playfully made a peace sign: "Sixth-year Ninja Academy student, Yukinoshita Haruno… nice to meet you."

Yukino and Hayato's mouths were wide enough to stuff eggs into.

'Even she...'

Haruno's gaze passed over the two and landed on Makoto not far away, smiling meaningfully: "Makoto-kun, is this the source of your power?"

Makoto glanced at her but couldn't be bothered to answer.

Then he turned and walked with the Aizono sisters towards the convenience store.

Yukino frowned and moved closer to her sister: "You seem to know him quite well?"

"You haven't been home for a month. He's been staying at our house."

Haruno's casual remark made everyone around widen their eyes.

She shrugged. "It's a long story. I'll tell you later."

Then she placed her hands on her younger sister's shoulders, beaming brightly. "Yukino-chan, I heard you have excellent grades at school… how about tutoring your big sister? Otherwise, I'll have to repeat the year."

When she first transmigrated, Haruno had panicked for a while.

But after all, she was an adult who had navigated the business world, and she quickly calmed down.

After the first class, she had already bonded with her classmates and gathered quite a bit of useful information.

Upon learning that she was a graduating sixth-year student while her younger sister was a top third-year student, her first reaction was… find her sister for tutoring.

Who wouldn't want to master supernatural power?

And to be honest... rather than letting her mother treat Makoto as the Yukinoshita Family's "pillar," Haruno would prefer to do it herself.

Because she always felt that guy wasn't a good person.

After buying bread and returning to the classroom, Makoto sat with the Aizono sisters and Megumi.

He noticed that the 'boring heroine' group had gained another member… the loli version of Kasumigaoka Utaha.

'Good grief, not only the Oregairu cast, but the entire Saekano protagonist group had also assembled.'

"Makoto,"

Marina spoke softly, "you and Airi have already been in this world for two years, right? This is my first time, and my foundation is too poor... could you please tutor me?"

Her current identity was a fourth-year student, but she didn't even know how to condense Chakra.

Makoto thought for a moment. "Go find Iruka-sensei after school today and request to repeat the year and join our class. I'll tutor you after school from now on."

Marina's eyes lit up, and she nodded vigorously.

In the real world, she had always regretted not being in the same grade as Makoto, having few opportunities to interact with him at school.

She never expected that coming to another world would actually fulfill this wish.

"I'll apply to repeat the year too."

Utaha interjected.

Like Marina, her assigned identity was also a fourth-year student… one year ahead of Makoto and the others.

If she didn't repeat, she would never keep up.

And coming to another world, staying with familiar people would give her a little sense of security.

Not far away, Yukino, sitting with Haruno, looked at Makoto with increasingly cold eyes.

She had already heard from her sister about what had happened at home during the month she had been living out.

She never expected that the person she wanted to catch had actually become someone her mother wanted to rely on.

'I must become stronger.'

Yukino silently vowed to herself.

She could not tolerate a guy who used power to do whatever he wanted having any connection to her family.

In the afternoon, physical training class.

Tomoya, Kazuya, and other 'shut-ins' who usually lacked exercise were completely pushed to their limits.

Hayato and Kakeru were at least members of the soccer club and had a foundation of regular exercise. Although they were also exhausted, they could at least keep up.

Haruno, a sixth-year student, ran in the middle of the pack.

She glanced at her younger sister, who was always running steadily at the front, and couldn't help but feel a surge of emotion: 'This is probably the first time I've lost to you, Yukino.'

Her little sister had wanted to beat her just once since childhood. She never expected that wish would be fulfilled in another world.

After physical training came Shurikenjutsu and practical combat… continuing to raise the difficulty for the new players.

The results were announced:

Nishikawa Makoto… first place in all subjects, completely dominating.

Yukinoshita Yukino… above average.

Airi, Eriri… above average, but ranked slightly lower than Yukino.

Hikigaya Hachiman, Ichinose Chizuru… average.

All other new players… bottom of the class.

Iruka looked at the grade report, massaging his temples in frustration. "At this rate, nearly half the class will have to repeat the year..."

Yukino bit her lip, her eyes growing even more determined.

Not just to make that guy stay away from her mother, but also to use this power to fulfill her own wish.

To create a world of absolute justice, absolute righteousness.

"Alright, school is—"

Before Iruka could finish, he suddenly remembered something and added, "Oh, right, Aizono-san, Sawamura-san, Mouri-san, and Yukinoshita-san… your parents have been found. The school has notified them to come pick you up."

The few who were called out were instantly stunned.

'Our parents... had also been pulled into this world?'

Joy appeared on the faces of the Aizono sisters and Eriri.

And Yukino—

Almost fainted from anger.

She had just made up her mind to work hard and become stronger, to become the Yukinoshita Family's pillar so that bastard Makoto would stay away from her mother...

And now her mother had also transmigrated?!

Recalling what she had heard from Haruno, Yukino couldn't help but glance at Makoto, her expression growing increasingly strange.

'Damn it!'

'Stay away from my mother!'
