Chapter 2 - Chapter - 2 [ Aishteru]

[A/N:- yo , enjoy the chaper , i tried to make it a bit longer than earlier once since who likes short chapters. I still used gemini. To correct grammer and fuckin ai ruined more than 60% of the script and added very heavy ai words so i had to clean it for an hour , so enjoy]

The battle was getting intense with ice even though it was fire magic.

[A/N- should I use anime names like goa , huma etc . ? ]

Puck unleashed a barrage of ice shards, his fire magic created many ice needles

[ i remembered haku from Naruto while writing this ]

that hissed through the air. Elsa moved in blur, dancing along the walls of Old Man Rom's loot house with quick move.

Shira stood in corner while his mind was racing or maybe gearing up like Patrick. He tried to analyze the room, searching for any thing to use as advantage, but the insane speed of the bowl hunter was overwhelming.

Shira thought Focusing too much on finding a 'system' or a 'cheat' will get me killed, he realized. Elsa can catch even the smallest opening.

As he was trying to go through his thoughts, the Bowel Hunter lunged. Her daggers shined while making a arc appear, aimed directly at his bowel

Shit! Shira's internally screamed. I was literally just thinking about not losing focus!

Before the dagger could cut, a massive shadow appeared. Rom, swinging his wooden club with surprising speed, forced Elsa back. "Keep your head in the game, kid!" he said without even looking back at shira.

Elsa didn't miss even a moment and She twisted mid-air, redirecting her momentum toward Felt, who was cornered near the back of the room. But as Elsa's heels [ she was wearing heels or something else ? ] touched the floor, she found her feet encased in ice.

"Puck, now! Encase her!" Emilia shouted.

The ice quickly appeared, but Elsa was faster. Her black cloak—an enchanted cloak that can only absorbed a single magical strike—leaving it to freeze solid while she slipped out quickly but still her foots skin was torn apart from ice but soon it healed. She licked her lips, her eyes on the small gray cat spirit.

"I've never tasted the intestines of a Great Spirit," she licked her lips, her voice dripping with arousal. "I wonder if they're as cold as your magic."

"As if you could get close enough to try," Puck replied with a smirk, creating a new wave of ice shards.

Shira turned to the panicked felt. "Felt, run! Get out of here and call for help!" He knew the canon event—she had to find Reinhard, the Sword Saint, the literal "Tsar Bomba" of Lugunica.

"No! I can't leave old man Rom! This is my mistake here!" Felt said,as she gripped her dagger.

"He's right, Felt! Go!" Rom replied smashing hus club at elsa's daggers strike that made sparks. "You aren't running away; you're just increasing our chances of survival here. Move!"

With a frustrated sob, Felt turned and dashed toward the entrance. Elsa's eyes instantly turned to hunter's eye. "As if I'll let a witness escape."

She dashed, but Rom was there again, his heavy club stopping her kukri daggers. The sound of metal on wood and steel rang through the loot house.

Elsa was clearly dominating, her movements were lethal and precised towards guys only, but the combined help of Puck's shards and old man Rom's club from making any deadly injury to anyone.

Shira watched from side, his heart beating against his chest heavily like if this was demon slayer fanfic he would've gotten mark early on.

I'm no Subaru, he thought bitterly. That guy had the reflexes of a monster. I'm just a normal guy. Unless… did I get a boost when I crossed over?

He wasn't willing to bet his life on trying to omfind it here. He reached up, taking his heavy silver chain from his neck and wrapping it tightly around his fist. She's a vampire—or close enough. Sunlight didn't kill her when she killed sweet Beako , but maybe silver still carries the old myths i heard ?

He waited. Not yet… not yet…

Puck and Rom attacked on her legs, forcing Elsa to leap backward to avoid any disadvantage. Her feet left the ground, her focus diverted to her balance.

Now!

Shira lunged. He poured every single of gram of strength, into his right hand as he remembered only a single thing -- mene of Goku's Gender-neutral fist, and it wouldn't fail him now!

CRACK.

His fist connected squarely with Elsa's jaw, the silver chain acting as a brutal brass knuckle. The first slammed her head into the wooden wall with enough impact to make cracks on wooden planks near it.

Shira jumped back, gasping for air. His hand was trembling, the silver chain dripping with dark, crimson blood. He checked his stomach—no spilling of intestine. I'm alive. My gacha luck might have sucked at Columbina's banner, but I hit the soft pity on this 50/50.

"Nice punch, kid!" Rom praised, wiping sweat from his forehead. Puck gave a tiny, floating thumbs-up. "Good timing!"

[A/N:- 👍]

Elsa got up slowly, her hair covering her one eye and blood streaming down half of her face. She wasn't angry; she was smiling. A deep, aroused smile on her face with blush.

"My, my… punching a woman so hard , where's your chivalry" she whispered, her tone strange but aroused. "And it isn't healing. What a fascinating little toy you have. Perhaps I should dissect you slowly to see what else you're hiding?"

A cold shiver raced up Shira's spine. Being threatened by a sexy mommy is one thing, but this? My 'dih' is very confused right now.

Before she could strike, the heavy door opens. A person in moonlight stood there—a man with red hair and an aura of the strongest. The secret child of Od lagua

"I have brought help!" Felt shouted from behind him.

Reinhard Van Astrea stepped into the room. Shira felt a weight lift off his chest. The cheat code had arrived. Seeing a old sword on the floor, Shira throwed it toward the knight. Reinhard caught it mid-air with easily

.

"Thank you, Sir Shira," Reinhard said, his smile both kind and terrifyingly confident.

"Emilia, Old Man Rom—outside! Now!" Shira grabbed Emilia's hand, taking them toward the exit. "We're just in his way!"

Elsa tried to strike them, but Reinhard moved faster than the eye could follow. The sound of his "blade" meeting her daggers was made. "Not on my watch," he said firmly.

Once outside, they stood in the cool night air. Emilia looked at the loot house, then at Shira. "Why did we have to run so far?"

"Just wait," Shira muttered.

Seconds later, a blinding flash of light erupted from the building, followed by a shockwave that leveled the structure into a pile of planks and rubble.

The atmosphere itself seemed to have wide open mouth seeing the overkill done by the Sword Saint's power.

Reinhard walked out of the debris, his uniform still clean without even a single dust, though the sword Shira had given him had shattered from the huge output of his mana. "I am deeply sorry, Sir Shira. I seem to have broken your sword."

"Forget the sword, man. You saved our lives," Shira said, leaning against a wall as his adrenaline began to lower.

Suddenly, a blur of motion erupted from the rubbles and planks. Elsa, injured but alive, made one final desperate strike toward Shira. Reinhard came in between it instantly, but the assassin used the momentum to run into the darkness of the night towards the forset. "Next time, little boy," her voice audible to shira before she vanished.

As the dust settled, Rom collapsed from exhaustion, Felt rushing to his side. Emilia immediately began casting healing magic on the old man if he received any wound.

Reinhard approached the group. "Where will you go now? The building is… well, gone."

Shira scratched his head. "I'm broke and homeless, honestly. Don't know."

"If you'd like, you could—" Reinhard started, but Emilia interrupted.

"You saved my life, and my insignia," she said softly, looking at Shira. "Please, stay at the mansion where I'm staying. It's the least I can do."

Shira remembered sometimes and glanced at Felt. "Hey, Felt. Don't you have something for her?"

The girl looked down, biting her lip before handing the stolen insignia back to Emilia. "I'm… I'm sorry."

As she handed it over, Reinhard's eyes locked onto Felt's hand. The insignia began to glow with red which only he noticed. His expression shifted from calm to realization. "I have finally found her he thought.

"Wait, what—?" Felt started, but Reinhard deftly tapped the back of her neck, knocking her unconscious before she could protest.

Shira watched the scene, a suspicious look on his face. After all the Epstein news back on Earth, this looks incredibly wrong.

"Reinhard… I didn't know you were into… that."

Reinhard bowed deeply, holding the girl carefully. "I assure you, Sir Shira, this is not what it looks like. I must take her to safety. There are… matters of state at play."

Shira and Emilia shared a look and nodded.

Shira said"than take Old man Rom too, he is like grandpa to her and also cause he doesn't have his house left" , Reinhard nodded and left.

With the knight gone, the two were left alone in the there.

"I don't think we've properly met," Shira said, with a tired smile. "I'm Shira."

"I am Emilia," she replied, her purple eyes shining as she touched her necklace "And the cat spirit is Puck."

"Right. So, about that mansion..." Shira started, but the world began to tilt. The adrenaline was gone, replaced by a crushing, unnatural fatigue. He collapsed on ground.

Soon Darkness swallowed him whole.

He was in a void. No sound, no light, no sensation.

He tried to move, but he had no body to feel.

Then, a voice began to echo—soft, rhythmic, and heavy with an impossible amount of longing.

"Aishteru. Aishteru. Aishteru."

The words "I love you" echoed through his very soul. Even without a body, Shira felt a the love and strangly also sadness.

Slowly Tears he shouldn't be able to feel were rolling down his cheeks.

A purple fog began to swirl, making a silhouette of a woman.

She walked toward him, her hand reaching out to brush his cheek, her voice a constant, haunting chant

"Aishteru"

Before her fingers could touch him, the darkness shattered.
