He bend down to check on her but didn't find anything "hmm ok well come eat this instead of that it may be better" he turned to look at the place where he left the other 1kg of meat just to realize it was gone.
"Did you eat it all already Lucky" he was surprised as she never ate this much "miauwww" she let a shy moan out.
"Well it may be the environment just eat as much as you want sweetie" he then rushed to another part in witch he could see around 15 spikers close to each other.
He reloaded his crossbow and to his surprise the way he carried it and reloaded it was easier somehow.
You had to know it wasn't just about half an hour since they been transported and he somehow felt good, he didn't know why but he just brushed it of. "Probably from the talent or something but this isn't as bad as I thought"
He then went out the barrier sow his pray the one only over 10m away from him and the beast and all other near that sow him to so 4 beasts charged towards him but he wasn't moving.

He fired two shots before they could reach him both straight into their heads immobilizing them then stepped back in.
"This archery thing really is great" he shot 2 arrows within less then 2 seconds before those thing were almost in his face.
He took running another 10m from them went out and just like the others. "Bang" "Bang" and both were dead.
He just kept it going as right now he wouldn't be able to retrieve all the loot as others may charge at him so he made it his purpose to first kill all those pests in the vicinity first.
With the upgrad in his speed he left lighter faster as if he was gliding on earth. He took a couple of minutes to scan the area within 50 meters radius and found there to be around 200 of them with most being level 1.
He also found out as long as he focused enough he could she the panel of other creatures from far. With that he found what most likely would be the leader of these dogs here.
"Hmm level 10 Rank 1 Awakened" he poundered a bit as he was trying to understand "this must be the rank of power in this world right" he then checked his own status seeing it said only Mortal so he concluded that at level 10 one is ranked.
"Shouldn't be to hard right I mean I can just shoot him dead with arrows right" and man was he wrong.
Around 3 hours passed since he went after the spikers and to his surprise it was pretty easy as he got over 180 of them killed, all the others were high level ones that were able to dodge the arrows.
"Almost died there" he was out of breath from running as the Rank 1 spiker charged at him and at a speed Lucian could barely see with his eyes almost not making it back alive.
"From level 9 to level 10 there seems to be some change or how was he so much faster" sweat was building on his forehead.
"Now how am I supposed to kill those things I mean the others dodged ok but that thing just took the arrow and it just bounced off of him" maybe it was because he was always alone or because he's used to always talking to Lucky but since he came here was was always speaking to himself.
"Rightttt there's my level I got to be at least a couple levels right" he opened the panel and he was stunned to see.

He leveled all the way to 5 and almost hitting level 6 witch was very impressive especially since he only came here almost 4 hours ago.
"Hehehe I bet I'm at least within some ranks of the highest level, I don't believe that others can do what I do" and sure he was as not everyone had a broken talent and surely no one would want to go close range fighting.

"I got to kill these last pests, damm beasts not even letting me loot" he was frustrated because even tho he killed so many they were mostly a bit far the time he almost died was when he tried to retrieve something from a level 7 spiker but that didn't go well.
"Let me see strength should make my overall power output higher and let me put some into speed now they shouldn't be able to dodge right" so he put the 15 points 10 in strength and 5 into speed.
"Damm this is goodddd" the feeling of putting points into his attributes were instant feeling like he probably could crush a stone with his hands alone.
"Now if this is like a game it should theoretically give me more attack so I should be able to injure this thing now" he speculated in his mind as if not then the crossbow can't really be used anymore to kill those things and would have to fight them close range.
Outside the barrier he waited for one of the spikers to rush towards him and surely even if only around 30 were left they were of higher level and most sensitive of they're surroundings.
"There you go little lamb come to me" he was tense the whole time ready to shoot at any moment but he waited and when he was 10m from him he shot and indid it hit even tho he was trying to dodge the arrow was faster then before.
When he put the 10 points into speed he didn't realize that the shooting speed wasn't increased by the archery mastery but by his speed stat as he didn't shoot anything but level 1 spikers before.
"Okkk now we're talking" one also had to say that before the arrow only went half inside the head but now it directly pierced trough.
With that he started hunting them and within the next 30 minutes only the level 10 Rank 1 remained carefully looking at Lucian like a hunter watching his pray.
"Just you wait you ugly dog" he went inside and seen opened his panel.

"Only level 6" he didn't waste time and sow that the it wasn't able to dodge perfectly or that the arrows now actually hurt him so he put 2 points into strength and 3 into speed.
"I bet your just some slow dog ain't you you low slow doggy" he was trying to lure it over and even tho this thing was stronger then the others it was still just a beast so it dashed over while Lucian was holding his crossbow.
One had to say Lucian was able to perceive his movements now but didn't dare to let this one to near himself as it could cover over teens of meters in seconds and when it was just 20m from his he shot.
"Fuck this thing still dodged" he went back in fast just as it was about to near him. Although it dodged it still took a piece of flesh from his leg makeing it slower. While he retreated back Lucian took advantage and quickly reloaded and went out again this time it didn't have time to dodge turning around just to have a arrow stuck in his back leg directly stopping it.
If it would have been someone with less strength it may just have injured him but with the crossbow and his strength he was able to make one of his legs directly paralyzed.
Instead of trying to run it turned and run towards Lucian again but this time he was ready this time closer as it was just 5m from him and "boom" the arrow hit perfectly struck inside his head.
The beast instantly lay dead on the earth. Lucian als fell back on the earth panting. "Damm that was intense" sweat dripping down his forehead out of breath as he just run a super marathon.
"Ok but how am I supposed to loot everything it'll take me hours" he was a bit frustrated because even tho he killed everything in his vicinity and was about to have a lot of items it would take him hours just to move everything.
