Chapter 1 - Unnamed

🌿 Story Title: "The Light of Dreams"

In a small corner of a village, there lived a boy named Rashed. His father was a day laborer, and his mother was a housewife. Their family was always struggling with poverty. Sometimes, they didn't even have enough food to eat. But Rashed had a big dream—he wanted to become successful one day and give his family a happy life.

On his way to school, he often saw big billboards in the town with pictures of people and advertisements for mobile phones. He used to think to himself, "One day, I will have a good phone, and I will do something big."

But reality was tough. Along with his studies, he had to work—sometimes in shops, sometimes in the fields. Even then, he never gave up.

One day, an elder brother from the village told him,

—"Rashed, you can earn money by doing small tasks with a mobile phone."

Rashed was surprised and said,

—"I don't even have a good phone. How can I do that?"

The brother smiled and said,

—"Start with what you have."

From that day, Rashed began his journey. Using his old phone, he started watching YouTube to learn how to work online.

He learned:

How to create a Facebook page

How to make short videos

How to do simple designs

At first, no one watched his work. It was very difficult. But he didn't stop.

After a few months, one of his videos suddenly went viral. Thousands of people started watching it. Rashed couldn't believe it!

He began working more seriously. Every day, he spent 3–4 hours practicing. Slowly, he started earning money—first 100 taka, then 200 taka.

With that money, he bought a saree for his mother. With tears in her eyes, she said,

—"I am proud of you."

That moment gave Rashed new strength.

After a year, his life started to change. He bought a good Android phone. Now he could work even better.

He started freelancing online—

designing logos and T-shirts.

From his first foreign client, he earned 20 dollars. It was one of the happiest moments of his life.

He thought,

"I can do it… I will achieve something even bigger."

After a few years, Rashed was no longer poor. He moved his family into a better house. His father no longer had to work.

He also started teaching children in the village—

how to stand on their own feet.

One day, standing in that same old place, Rashed looked up at the sky and said,

—"If you dream and work hard, everything is possible."

His life story became an inspiration for many.
