Introduction: Everything has a breakthrough, it isn't just Cultivation whena hunter finds a way to kill the same prey it hunts with less effort that's a breakthrough, if a farmer can grow crops with less resources and more efficiency that's also a breakthrough, breakthrough in simple terms is when one breaks past their limits
Body: For Cultivation it also holds the same meaning, every breakthrough is necessary as each of them can help you break your limits but they are not without cause, remember when I talked about body being one of the cultivation? This is one of the reasons for that, your body is. A vessel when u throw a bucket in a well it fills with water which you can use but where do you think the water goes? That's right it stays within the surface of the well now imagine if the well was weak what will happen? It will break simple the water will mix with the soil outside and the entire water will be stained and unusable, when you look at a tree what do you see a large strong structure right? But that was once as nimble as grass and could crack even by the wind, it grew by strengthening it's body the longer it grew to the point it now stands tall amongst all other plants, don't empty your qi outside, try to extract the qi from your core and run them through your body, the veins and the meredians will guide you in it]
The creature understood and focused as emptied the core by extracting the qi slowly but he faced Another problem and that was how he was supposed to make them flow which made him opened the next page and as he expected it was titled "Meredians"

Introduction: Meredians... What is the first thing you think of when you hear Meredians? The veins that are the most important for cultivation right? So how do you use them? You cannot, Meredians are fragile and need to be used with caution one cannot use them as they seem as that will leave them with Broken Meredians
Body: There are 36 Meredians in the human body, 20 minor and 4 major Meredians but there are also 12 Other Meredians, they are known as the Soul Meredians they are present in various parts
One is at your stomach where you gain energy, one at the heart that keeps you alive, o ne at the brain which lets you understand, 2 at the shoulders, 4 atacross your arms and 4 at your legs but don't think this is all, there is one more called the soul meredian and it links your soul to your body, when Breakthrough occurs don't forcefully extract them, imagine your core is a bucket and slowly empty it and your Meredians and veins are the drains and the heart is where all the water ends up accumulating]
The creature understood and did as he was told and unlike before when the qi were still unable to move on their own, they were now flowing out of the core on their own and through invisible channels nearby, the creature chased them with his consciousness and found that they all gathered in one point but before he could do anything the panel rang again causing him to exit his state

The creature was confused as he looked at the screen and then at the book the shadow gave multiple times as he thought inwardly "This book? It can actually upgrade the book? Well this might just be one of the high risk, high rewards things that blade told me about either I lose the book or i gain something that is far better than what this can teach" and after careful consideration he pressed on "yes"

The book and the panel both disappeared from the surrounding as the creature was left empty handed and it made the creature think "Can I still use the panel now? " As he called the panel
And our of nowhere it appeared besides the regular panel information there was a new one named "Upgrade Station" where the item "Rough Cultivation Guide " was being upgraded but it didn't affect the way the panel acted as the creature used the skills and teleported to the space
Before he saw the skills he looked at the qi he had which showed "8" as the creature pressed the Mentality option twice in a row and the cost went from "1" to "4" and the remaining qi was not enough to purchase it further
The creature noticed and retracted back to the original world and used his mentality and as he expected it was as if the mentality had become a part of him like the flesh he controls and could easily move in any direction he wanted it to move and while after a few hours of cultivation, the creation left his consciousness exhausted as the panel appeared again

The book fell on the creature's body but it had changed completely, the book didn't look like It was on the verge of falling apart anymore and the cover was much harder, the creature could even sense a force around the manual and without a second thought he flipped the book to the meredians page and this time he was surprised as the entire chapter had changed

In the Pathway ox Cultivation, Manuals hold a large name those born with strong Meredians are held as god's while those with poor or no Meredians are treated as slaves no matter how much one works hard Meredians will make a large difference either way A cultivator with poor Meredians can reach the Genesis Realm after years of Cultivation and Scavenging pills or all sorts but a Cultivator with a powerful Meredian can achieve the same in a few weeks of cultivation
Throughout the history of Cultivation, there have been many prodigies who were capable of changing the quality of their Meredians some had a tiny change which made their Meredians from broken to ordinary while others soared in the world Meredians can be upgraded but everything has a cost and for Meredians it's the body and the core a weak body and core no matter how strong cannot hold Meredians stronger than themselves and will collapse if you wish to rise then be prepared for a world of pain and suffering ahead]
