I finally found the location of the nuclear warhead; it took a while, but we managed to find it.

Here we go!
Marco was near an old colonial-era fortress called Fort Felipe.
Marco sensed through his Ki that there were exactly 60 henchmen inside the fortress.
Marco then looks at Cooler and asks:
"Can you distract the henchmen while I retrieve the nuclear warhead from the fortress?" Marco asks.
Cooler then replies:
"Sure, it's been a long time since I killed a human. I don't want to become a hero who saves cats from trees; that's definitely not my style." Cooler replies.
Marco then says:
"When they find out who you are, they'll go crazy and think Franklin Richard went too far by bringing an anime character here." Marco says.
Cooler then says:
"It doesn't matter, let's go to battle." Cooler says.
Cooler then begins to duplicate himself until he has ten clones of himself and orders:
"Kill them all!" Cooler orders.
Cooler's army advances on the fortress and a quick battle begins; shouts are heard for a few seconds until the fortress falls silent.
Cooler then opens the fortress gate and says:
"It's clean, all threats have been eliminated." Cooler says.
Marco then enters the fortress and searches every room for the nuclear warhead.
After a few minutes, Marco finds a room with the nuclear warhead and says:
"Great, now all that's left is to get the nuclear warhead to a safe location." Marco says.
Ding!
[Watch out! Lasher is coming your way! Defeat him!]
Marco then says:
"Now it's time for revenge." Marco says.
Marco leaves the room and orders Cooler:
"Keep protecting this room." Marco orders.
Marco then uses his speed to exit the fortress and finds Lasher outside.
Lasher then shouts:
"You again?!?!? Get out of my way!!!!!" Lasher shouts.
Marco chuckles slightly and says:
"I don't die so easily now, and you'll wish you'd never crossed paths with me." Marco says.
Marco then uses his speed and punches Lasher, sending him flying into a car.
Marco then uses his speed, grabs Lasher's tentacles and throws them into the sky, then starts a powerful combo of punches and kicks, finishing with a kick that sends him flying into the stratosphere.
Marco channels energy into his hands and unleashes a powerful energy attack, ultimately disintegrating Lasher.
A few seconds passed and a gray orb came to Marco and he absorbed the vital energy of a symbiote.
After the brief confrontation, Marco returns to the fortress and goes to the room where the nuclear warhead was located.
Marco then looks at the nuclear warhead and asks:
"Where am I going to hide this?" Marco asks.
Cooler then enters the room and replies:
"I know how to solve this problem: hand the nuclear warhead over to an agent of your country." Cooler replies.
Marco then asks:
"How? Venezuela is a state that has strong ties to the Sino-Russian bloc, just like Cuba and Nicaragua. Tell me how to do that?" Marco asks.
Cooler then replies:
"There must be some CIA or SHIELD agent keeping an eye on this, we just need to find him." Cooler replies.
Marco agrees and says:
"Okay, let's find an agent and hand him the nuclear warhead." Marco says.
Cooler cuts off a piece of his tail and becomes a small floating robot that swallows the nuclear warhead, and he explains:
"This is a replica of robots from Planet Galatron; they specialized in atomic weaponry in the early centuries of my universe. They were the first people to use atomic energy to conquer planets, but met their end when they faced the first demon of cold, the legendary Kalt. After that, peoples like mine and the people of the wizard Bibidi began using Ki to conquer planets, making the use of atomic weapons obsolete in my universe." Cooler explains.
Marco then asks:
"How old are you?" Marco asks.
Cooler then replies:
"Too young to see Majin Buu in action and too old to see the end of the Saiyans and the downfall of my father and younger brother." Cooler replies.
Marco then leaves the room, Cooler then merges, and his clones disappear, leaving only the small robot.
After that, Marco, Cooler, and the little robot leave the fortress and take flight back to the hotel.

In Caracas, early in the morning, Paco was furious; his greatest asset, the nuclear warhead, had been stolen.
In his mansion, he calls someone and says:
"Where is he? I need him to do a job for me, I'll pay him whatever he wants." Paco says.
Someone on the other end of the phone line says:
"How much do you want? Then I want 75 million dollars and nothing less." Someone says.
Paco angrily shouts:
"You son of a bitch!!! The Punisher is dead!!! All you have to do is find the fucking nuclear warhead!!!" Paco shouts.
Someone on the other end of the phone line says:
"Hold on, didn't you say it wasn't as much as I wanted? I think it's better to call another guy." Someone says.
Paco then says:
"Fine, I'll pay you whatever you want, Deadpool, but I want the nuclear warhead back in my hands by the end of this month." Paco says.
Deadpool then says:
"Alright Paco, now when you get to Venezuela bring me your hottest Latina and then I'll go after the guy who has your nuclear warhead." Deadpool says.
Paco then says angrily:
"No!!!! The last time I introduced you to one of my girls, she got cancer and died!!!! No girls this time, Deadpool!" Paco says.
Deadpool then says:
"Okay, no girls, but I want my 75 million dollars." Deadpool says.
Paco agrees and says:
"I'll pay you the 75 million dollars, but I'll want proof." Paco says.
Deadpool then says:
"You know I don't make mistakes, you don't need to worry, I'll deliver the nuclear warhead to you." Deadpool says.
Paco then says:
"When you land here in Caracas, you can have sex with the prostitutes after you finish the mission, but first bring back the nuclear warhead." Paco says.
Deadpool then says:
"I'm sure the prostitutes will love me just the way I am." Deadpool says.
Paco laughs and says:
"The day of mutant pride isn't today, and you're not talking to those freaks who think they're gods." Paco says.
Deadpool then says:
"I'll arrive in Venezuela on December 15th. I'm currently on a mission in the Balkans to kill a Serbian mafia boss." Deadpool says.
Deadpool abruptly hangs up the phone and Paco shouts:
"You fucking gringo!!! Nobody hangs up on me!!!" Paco shouts.
