When Haruto saw the notification he felt an energy moving through his body. His breathing got better. The fear in her eyes started to go away.
This change was not just happening to Haruto. Miyuki felt it too. She had a feeling of power in her body stronger than before. Now that they were connected they could feel each others strength. When Haruto level went up miyuki could feel it too. Their bond was real now.
Then Miyuki heard a voice in her mind. "Miyuki... Can you hear me?" The voice was Harutos. He was not moving his lips. Miyukis eyes got a little bigger. She realized they could talk to each other in their minds now.
"Yes... I can hear you " Miyuki said in her mind. Haruto was still looking at the people in front of them. "Good " he said calmly. "Now we can talk like this. They won't know what we're saying."
Miyuki looked at the people laughing a little way away. They had no idea what was happening between her and Haruto. Haruto said in her mind "Our levels went up but with that... We still can't beat all of them."

When Haruto finished Miyuki nodded a little. She understood everything. They looked at the people again. This time they were not scared. They were ready.
Haruto and Miyuki moved at the time. They ran away from the people without saying a word. The bad people were surprised. They did not expect them to run. The leader got very angry. "Go catch them!" he shouted.

After a more minutes the forest opened up. Miyuki was at the side of a mountain. There was a stone wall in front of her. She stopped. The wall was too high to climb. There were no paths or ledges.
The leader came out from the trees. He was breathing heavily. He looked at Miyuki. Smiled. "Well... Well..." he said. "Now where will you go?" He looked at the wall, behind her. "There's left to run."
Miyukis ears moved when she heard his words. Her tail got stiff. She did not run again. She got ready to fight. The leader laughed. "You still think you can fight me?" he said. "That's cute." He took a step forward. Miyuki was ready.
