Chapter 12 - Episode 12: A Taste of Power

Dante took a step closer, invading Leo's personal space until their chests were almost touching. Leo could feel the heat radiating off the Boss's body. He expected anger, but what he saw in Dante's eyes was something much more dangerous. It was hunger.

You think death is an escape? Dante whispered, his voice vibrating deep in his chest. You are far too valuable for a bullet, Leo. And you are far too stubborn for your own good.

Leo opened his mouth to argue, to tell the Boss that he would never submit, but he never got the chance. Dante moved with the speed of a striking snake. He grabbed Leo's waist and pulled him forward, crashing their lips together in a collision that made Leo's head spin.

The kiss wasn't gentle. It wasn't a question. It was a claim. It tasted like bitter whiskey and the raw power of a man who was used to taking whatever he wanted. Leo's first instinct was to fight. He pushed against Dante's broad shoulders, his hands fisting in the expensive fabric of the Boss's shirt. He wanted to scream, to bite, to run.

But then, the adrenaline changed. The fear turned into a strange, terrifying spark of electricity that shot straight down Leo's spine. His resistance began to melt. Against his own will, Leo's hands stopped pushing and started gripping. He felt the rough texture of Dante's tongue against his own, and a small, broken sound escaped the back of his throat.

Dante groaned into the kiss, his grip tightening until Leo was lifted slightly off his feet. The Boss was holding him like he wanted to crush him, to merge their souls together through the sheer force of the kiss. It was overwhelming. Leo felt like he was drowning in the scent and the heat of the man who owned his life.

When Dante finally pulled back, he didn't go far. He rested his forehead against Leo's, both of them breathing hard. Leo's lips were swollen and tingling, and his knees felt like they were made of water. He looked up at the Mafia Boss, his eyes wide with a mix of shock and a new, terrifying desire.

That is the last time you raise your voice to me, Dante said, his voice raspy and dark. From now on, when you feel like rebelling, remember this. Your body knows who its master is, even if your mind tries to deny it.

He released Leo so suddenly that the surgeon stumbled back against the desk. Dante turned around and walked back to his chair as if nothing had happened, but his eyes never left Leo's face. Leo stood there, his heart racing, realizing that the debt he owed was no longer just about money. He was losing himself to a monster, and for the first time in his life, he wasn't sure if he wanted to be saved.
