My name is Kai, and this is the story of how I became the world's strongest Elemental Master.
In this world—the World of Elements—we are defined by what we carry. In the Ancient Age, humans held power within their own veins. They could command the seas and the storms with a thought. But that age is dead. Today, our power comes from the Elemental Beasts.
Every child is born with a dormant beast. By age 15, it is supposed to awaken. These beasts are our lifeblood; they provide our stats, our agility, and our strength. They act as our weapons and our inventory. They are categorized by type—Wolf, Insect, Avian, and Aquatic—and by the four Great Elements: Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind.
But there is a legend my mother used to tell me. The legend of Alex.
In his time, Alex was the peak. He didn't have a common beast; he had a Dragon. Back then, Dragons were the kings of the elements. But after a catastrophic dungeon breakout centuries ago, Dragons were wiped out. They are extinct. Now, a Dragon-type beast is nothing more than a myth.
The Hollow Reality
I am now twenty years old. In a world where your beast awakens by fifteen, I am what they call a Hollow.
While others were leveling up their agility and jumping across buildings with their beasts, I was stuck on the ground. I have no stats. I have no inventory. My "beast" never woke up.
I spent my life as a ghost, working as a part-time prep cook in a Sector 7 diner. I spent my days chopping vegetables with a rusted knife while "Master" chefs used their Fire-Slugs to flash-fry steaks. I was bullied, mocked, and told that a man without a beast is a man without a soul.
