In this world there are five powers a human can be born with: fire, water, wind, earth, or lightning, unless you have royal blood you have a different power except if you're a part of the Marie Yamazaki bloodline. Isao Yamazaki, grandson of Yuto and Marie Yamazaki. Isao was born with lightning powers and his mom Hope Yamazaki is the leader of Hishe, the country they live in.
In the modern day era powers have evolved, if you train hard enough your power can form a different shape. Like regular lightning can become blue lightning etc. There are now many powerful people and Isao will leave his mark so this is the story of Isao Yamazaki.
Isao wakes up from his bed and heads downstairs.
Isao: "You're home mom!"
Isao's mom is never home because she is off doing work in the office since she is the leader of the country, and he has no dad as his dad got assassinated when he was young.
Hope: "Yeah of course it's your big day you have the Entrance exam. I'll be wishing you good luck!"
Isao: "Thank you mom, I can't believe I got invited I will be the best knight and make you proud, I know it's what Grandpa would have wanted."
The Knight Entrance Exam is an exam where anyone 12 or younger gets invited they will become a knight but first they have to fight to decide what team they will form.
Isao leaves his house and meets up with his best friend who also got invited Tatsuki Jinno but everyone calls him TJ.
Isao: "You ready to show them what we got!"
TJ: "Yeah we're going to crush this."
Isao: "I wonder how strong our opponents will be?"
TJ: "Well rumor has it Endou will be there."
Isao: "No way isn't that the guy who can already use whirlwind power."
Whirlwind power is the advanced form of wind power.
TJ: "Yeah it's crazy I hope I don't have to fight him."
The boys made their way to the arena where the exam was going to be held.
Isao: "Woah this place is huge!"
TJ: "Yeah let's make our way inside"
They go inside to 10,000 sq. ft. building, and inside is the other 14 kids and four sections.
TJ: "Let's go stand by the other kids."
Proctor: "HELLO! My name is Sawatogi and I'll be your proctor today, I will split you up into four groups and each group will fight bracket style to determine your rankings."
Proctor: "You four over there your first with me."
The proctor shouted at four kids, two of them being TJ and Isao.
Isao: "We are probably going to fight each other, and we won't be on the same team."
Isao says in a sad tone, wondering who is teammates will eventually be.
TJ: "It's ok just remember we will both still get to be knights, but best of luck!"
The four people follow the proctor into the first section and in that section is a huge battle arena.
Proctor: "Alright! First round will be between Jinno and Yamazaki! Is Jinno and Yamazaki here?"
TJ: "I'm sorry I won't go easy."
TJ says whispering to Isao, TJ having an excited face.
Isao: "No way our first match is against each other!"
TJ: "Here!"
Isao: "Here."
Isao doesn't want to fight TJ because he will feel bad no matter who wins.
The two step up to the arena.
Proctor: "Begin when both sides are ready."
TJ: "I'm ready!"
Isao: "No hard feelings right."
TJ: "Right!"
Isao: "Ready."
Procter: "Start!"
TJ throws the first punch Isao easily blocking it. The two then began hand to hand combat. Things both looked even.
TJ: "Come on show me what you're made of, come on, Isao! You're supposed to be some legend's grandson, right?"
Isao smiled... but his hands were shaking. Living up to the Yamazaki name is a hard task.
Isao: "Okay you're on!"
"Lightning Power: Quick Flash"
Isao vanishes and reappears behind TJ, BAM! Isao kicks TJ in the ribs sending him five feet away. TJ on the ground injured as not given up and he stands up.
The two other kids watching gasp, impressed by Isao's skill.
TJ: "Fire Power: Fire Bullet"
A glowing ball of fire flies out of his hand on target to Isao. Isao is very strong so he dodges but the heat from the fire is making him sweat.
Isao: "Not a bad attack."
TJ: "Yeah too bad it didn't work"
TJ sprints at him, then...
TJ: "Fire Power: High Spinning Kick"
TJ's leg surrounded by flames unleashes a very fast kick aiming at Isao's head, but Isao grabs it.
Isao: "Sorry you lost."
"Lightning Power: High Volt Shock"
A high-voltage shock releases from his arm, spreading down TJ's body.
TJ: "AHHHH!"
TJ flopped to the floor and started to lose conscious. Although the best trait of TJ that Isao admires so much his is ability to not give up.
TJ: "Fire Power: Fire Clap"
TJ stands up and claps his hand spreading fire throughout the whole arena and has a blast of fire shoot at Isao.
Isao: "I admire your diligence but I refuse to lose."
"Lightning Power: Lightning Dragon"
Yellow lightning exploded around Isao's body, a dragon of pure lightning forms around his body and makes a super fast sprint to dodge out of the way. It's the same one his Grandfather created.
Proctor: "No way that's the move the original Yamazaki made is that Yuto's grandson!"
Isao: "Lightning Power: Quick Flash"
Isao does the same thing again appearing behind him and dealing one final punch.
Proctor: "Winner Yamazki, Jinno has lost. Medic make sure the kid is ok."
The nurses drag TJ to heal him up. They clean the arena for the next fight. As TJ was being carried away Isao felt bad but he knew he had to, but he couldn't admit he felt great after winning and was excited for his next opponent.
Proctor: "Now that the fight is over our next one will commence! Ito vs Sasaki!"
