The rain was falling heavily that evening.
Ethan Carter was driving his car slowly through the empty road. Beside him sat Lily Morgan, smiling softly as she looked at him.
"Are you nervous?" Lily asked gently.
Ethan smiled and held her hand.
"Not nervous… just excited. Tomorrow, we will finally tell our families about our marriage."
Lily laughed softly.
"I still can't believe it. Our dream is finally coming true."
Suddenly, a bright light flashed in front of them.
A loud horn echoed in the air.
A truck was speeding toward their car.
"Ethan!" Lily screamed.
Ethan tried to turn the steering wheel, but it was too late.
CRASH!
The sound of metal breaking filled the night.
Glass shattered everywhere, and everything turned dark.
When Ethan slowly opened his eyes, he was lying in a hospital bed.
His head hurt badly.
A doctor stood beside him.
"You are awake," the doctor said.
Ethan looked confused.
"Who… am I?"
At that same moment, in another hospital room, Lily opened her eyes.
She looked around in fear.
A nurse came closer and asked softly,
"Do you remember your name?"
Lily stayed silent for a few seconds.
Then she whispered,
