TWO WHO ARRIVED

I shouldn't have come today. That thought didn't leave...
Even after sitting down
Even after everything went "normal".
Because it wasn't... Not anymore
The noise came back..
But it felt forced.. like everyone was pretending....
CI-N: "So basically if you fall from the second floor--"
JOSH: "Why would I fall?"
CI-N: "I'm just saying—"
DREW: "I bet you will fall."
EMAN: "Stop betting on people's injuries."
DREW: "That's my specialty."
That was normal.
But-
Eyes still came back to me....
Calix..... He wasn't done... Of course he wasn't...
CALIX: "You stopped."
I didn't respond
CALIX: "Why?"
Still nothing... He stood up again.. Slow... Intentional
CALIX: "Don't tell me that's all you've got."
My fingers tightened... Not again..... Not here.....
He stepped closer...
CALIX: "Or are you scared of yourself?"

Rory: "Same trigger."
Edrix: "But faster."
Rory leaned forward.
Rory: "She's not just reacting... She's holding back something.."

More files.
Edrix: "Found hospital records."
Rory's eyes narrowed..
Edrix: "Multiple injuries.. different dates.."
Rory became still..
Rory: "..not one incident."
Edrix: "No"
A pause
Rory (quiet): "...She was trained."

Calix was still talking.. But I barely heard him.. My head was too loud.. too full..
My hand moved slightly... Then-
A voice
David: "You're boring."
Complete silence. Everyone turned. David hadn't even looked up. Still leaning back. Eyes half lidded..
Calix: "...What?"
David sighed. Finally looked at him.
David: "You keep repeating the same thing... If you're going to push someone.."
His eyes shifted to me.. just for a second. Then back
"Do it properly"
The room froze...
Calix smirked.
Calix: "You want to try?"
David shrugged..
David: "No." "I just don't like watching bad attempts"
A few reactions. Tension changed. Shifted. And I snapped out of it. Breathing uneven. But controlled.
BANG....
The door slammed open..
Eveyone turned...
And the atmosphere-
Cold.
Distant.

A boy stood there.
Sharp gaze.
Cold expression
Red hair.
This one didn't just watch like David.
He judged.
Ci-N: "...Yuri."
So this is Yuri Hanamitchi.
He stepped in slowly.
Eyes scanning. Stopping on me...
Longer that the others did..
Then, he walked in fully
Heavy silence.
He didn't sit immediately...
Just stood there... Looking at me..
Yuri: "So you're the new one."
Not a question. A statement. I met his gaze. Didn't answer.
Then-
A small almost invisible smirk escaped his lips.
Keifer was sitting behind. Watching. Still like statue..
David.
Yuri.
Calix.
Then-
Me.
Now it's getting worse.
Rory: "Two variables added."
Edrix: "And one unstable object."
Both looked at me. At the same time.
This class... Was already too much... But now, there's more..
More eyes... More pressure... More danger...
I exhaled slowly. Trying to stay in control.
But something tells me..... That won't last...
