Vael started walking in. His eyes narrowed as he looked at Theon. "What are you doing?" He asked.
"Nothing!" Theon said. His voice came out too high.
"You look like you were caught doing something bad." Vael stopped walking.
"I was not doing anything," Theon said.
Vael took a step closer. His eyes moved from Theon's face to the laptop screen and back again. "Were you jerking off?" He blurted.
Theon's eyes went wide. "No! I am not a pervert. Why would I do such a thing in a workspace? Is that how low you think of me?" He queried.
"It's only a question." Vael snorted.
Theon clicked the laptop closed. The screen went dark. He swiped his hand across the surface to erase any evidence.
He tried to sit down, but his leg was still shaking from the sudden shock. He nearly missed the seat. His body hit the armrest first. He slid sideways. Then he corrected himself and settled into the chair.
Vael noticed his expression. "You look pale. Are you sick?"
