Leo entered the kitchen and walked to the fridge. He took out a 1L bottle of water. He was going to need this for the Daily Quest. His mother noticed his entery and saw the bottle of water in his hand.
"What are you going to need water for?" Alice asked.
"I'm going to work out," Leo answered simply.
"Just don't push yourself, okay?" Alice told him.
"Sure," He walk out of the kitchen to the backyard.
He sat on the grass and looked the system window which displayed his Daily Quest. He then decided to start with sit-ups.
He lay his back on the ground and bent his legs. He began to do the sit-ups. He moved at a steady pace to avoid using too much energy.
After about half an hour, Leo lay on the grass his limbs spread out like starfish. He put one hand on his abodemn. He then asked himself in ragared breaths.
"Who knew sit-ups would hurt this much?" He groaned from the aching pain coming from his abodemn.
He laid on the ground for a while, regaining his energy. Leo then sat upright and checked the system to see what to do next.

After a brief moment of thought, Leo decided to do push ups. He got on all fours and started doing push-ups. He silently cursed the system for making him do this.
At the 30th push-up, Leo's arms gave up on him and left him on the grass. He tried to get up, but he could not. He tried to get his bottle, but he could not move. The system the displayed his fatigue level [Fatigue:95/100].
"Yeah, I'm not getting up soon." He said after seeing how fatigued he was.
Suddenly, an idea popped into his head. "Time to experiment."
Remembering the data books and lessons on manipulation he saw online, he decided to try something. He visioned the mana flowing within him and everywhere else. Then he began to will his mana to his left hand and extended his reach to his bottle.
To his surprise, it was working. Then he tried to move the bottle to him. It moved a bit then stopped. He then envisioned hands made of mana and used them to grab the bottle.
Leo, this time, successfully moved the bottle to him. He then opened the bottle with the mana hand and drunk from the bottle. The system then appeared to notify him on his achievements.

"Definitely the skill I need to become the greatest mage ever!"
Leo then realized something. If mana manipulation allows me to enhance my body, then maybe I can enhance myself to continue exercising. He thought.
Taking the idea into action, he willed his mana to strengthen his sore, tired muscles. Mana flows from his core to every part of his body, pushing it above normal human capability. Then he continues the push-ups.
Time passes and as he is one the last push-up, Leo's mana runs out. Leaving him on the ground with 99 push-ups completed.
"Come on! Just one more!" He encourages his exhausted, mana-dry body.
With all his fleeting strength and whilst enduring the unbearable pain of his aching body, he completes the every last push-up. Immediately after he falls back to the ground on his stomach, exhausted.
Alice, Leo's mother, walked out of the kitchen backdoor and saw Leo laid down on the ground on his stomach. With an eyebrow raised in curiosity, she asked,"What are you doing on the ground?"
"I'm tired and my body is aching, so I'm just gonna be like this for a while." Leo explained.
"Aw, my poor baby is in pain." She said in a soft, babish voice. "Does he want help from mama?"
"Do I have another option?" He answered.
"That's not a proper answer." Alice said
"Yes, I do." Leo said reluctantly.
"Good boy." She said with a smile
Then she her hand now out stretched, a ethereal green glow enveloped Leo. Suddenly, all his pain and fatigue vanish replaced by energy and vitality.
He looked at his mother with surprise and wonder. "How'd you do that?" He asked excited to learn this new skill.
"I just used healing magic, it comes together with water magic." She answered, pleased that his interested in her magic.
"Can you teach me? Please?" He begs.
"When you're older, I'll teach you all the spells I know." She promised. "And yes, even the healing spell." Alice added to ensure Leo
"Better than nothing." Leo got up and began doing squats.
Alice entered the house leaving Leo alone again in the backyard. He finished his reps in 20 minutes and went to the front of the house and out the containment of the fence.
It was time for the last one, the 1km run around the neighborhood. To conserve energy and stamina he chose to jog rather and straight up sprinting. Which the system allowed because he saw his progress rising.
