The first man came through the door fast with his hand already dipping into his coveralls for a taser.
Arthur didn't wait.
He stepped forward, caught the man's wrist mid-draw, and twisted it downward. The joint gave way with a loud pop.
As the man collapsed, the second operator stepped up, raising his own weapon. Arthur dragged the first man's falling body into the line of fire.
Thwip.
The taser darts sank deep into the first man's back, his body convulsing as the current surged through him. Before the second operator could reload, Arthur attacked.
His palm struck the man flat in the sternum, sending him folding backward from the force of the impact.
The third operator, hanging back in the corridor, pulled a compact semi-automatic pistol from his toolbox.
Arthur's eyes caught a silver catering tray on the table.
In a fluid motion, he snatched the metal tray and threw it. It flew spin-flat through the air, striking the man's wrist, making the pistol clatter to the floor.
