Zander kissed her again because he knew she was too confused and thinking too much. She grabbed his hair and they made out on the beach for a few minutes before she finally pulled away, looking him directly in the eyes.
"I won't tell anyone. I promise."
"I know Nyx. But why does Fleur treat me kindly and say similar things, just not nearly as eloquently or sincerely or as much as you do."
'Shit I knew I had competition.' She thought sadly.
"Probably because you're one of a kind. Is she a good person?"
"An amazing one. Just not as amazing as you."
"Do you think I should talk to her and maybe try to help stop the demons and faeries from fighting?
"Zander you just literally told this woman she has direct competition for your heart and instead of being jealous she offers to help. I know you like Fleur too but Nyx, she's something special. Keep them both close to you but do not break this woman's heart. It will cause more conflict on Earth."
