Once there was a Manager of a textile company.he was very dutiful and punctual in his work. He has three clerks to help him in his work.one of them was in the habit of coming late to the office. The manager instructed him to come to office on time. But the clerk did not take it seriously. So the manager desided to cure him of this bad habit.
One day the manager was busy in important work of singing papers, documents, cheques etc. the clerk came late as usual.the manager called him into his cabin and said,"why are you late? don't you feel that by coming late you have upset my whole programme?"the clerk was expert in giving excuses.the clerk replied,"I am very sorry, sir.my watch was not working properly.so you can realize that iam really not to blame for this this is the fault of my watch."
The manager became angry by listening to his reason.the manager instantly replied,"Dear one ,either you must get a new watch or i must get a new clerk." The clerk was amazed.he assured The manager that the would never come late to the office nfrom that Day.
