The emotional block helps Kushina move forward without pining for those left behind. But if I do extract someone she knew, restoring the emotional connection allows valuable relationships to remain intact."
Victoria nods in understanding. "And what about Samus? Why didn't you implement the same protocol for her?"
Before you can answer, Samus steps forward, her statuesque form commanding attention as she speaks.
