Chapter 81 - Chapter 81 – The Professor Defeated by Snow

The arrival of the giant snow monsters pushed the entire spectacle into a new level of chaos, somehow making it even more entertaining than before. Unlike ordinary animated snow creations, these towering white behemoths seemed to possess a surprising degree of coordination, moving across the snow-covered lawn with tactics that looked almost intelligent.

One particularly enormous snow troll suddenly dropped into a crouch before launching itself skyward. It shot into the air toward the excavator and Gundam like a Seeker diving after the Golden Snitch. Its massive shadow swept across the battlefield as clumps of snow scattered in every direction beneath it.

Leo reacted immediately.

Standing atop his snowboard-riding Gundam, he steered the giant construct sharply to the side. The enormous machine raced across the frozen ground, weaving left and right while dodging incoming snowballs with astonishing agility. The entire exchange looked less like a snowball fight and more like a Quidditch match being played by gigantic magical creations.

"Whoa! That snow troll can actually do Quidditch moves!" Harry shouted.

His eyes were wide with amazement as he watched the giant soar through the air.

Ron laughed so hard that his shoulders shook uncontrollably. "This is brilliant. I swear this is the funniest thing I've ever seen."

Even Hermione appeared stunned. Her gaze followed the snow monster carefully, as though she were attempting to analyze the strange battle tactics behind its movements.

"This really is unexpected," she admitted.

Draco remained silent, but surprise still flickered across his face. Judging by the look in his eyes, he was already convinced that he could control one of the monsters himself if given the opportunity.

At that moment, Leo noticed Rose and her two friends standing near the edge of the battlefield. They watched nervously while constantly glancing around, clearly worried about being caught in the crossfire.

With a casual wave of his wand, Leo gathered snow from the ground and quickly shaped it into a gigantic snowman resembling SpongeBob SquarePants. The absurd figure rose beside them like a loyal guardian.

Rose stared at it with her mouth hanging open.

Despite its bizarre appearance, delight immediately spread across her face. Now that she had protection, she clearly wanted to join the fun.

Carlotta bounced excitedly beside her.

"This snowball fight just keeps getting better and better!"

Her face practically glowed with excitement as she hopped through the snow, completely swept up in the festive atmosphere.

The Hogwarts grounds had transformed into a battlefield of laughter and flying snow. Snowballs streaked through the air like a miniature blizzard while students shouted, dodged, and retaliated from every direction.

Whenever Leo noticed younger students struggling to create their own snow monsters, he casually stepped in to help. With a few simple spells, he shaped all manner of bizarre white behemoths. Before long, more and more giant snow creatures joined the battle spreading across the lawn.

The young wizards controlling them grew increasingly enthusiastic.

Some used giant snow arms as shields while others launched oversized snowballs at distant targets. The entire field resembled a magical war zone fueled entirely by childish excitement and endless imagination.

Far above the chaos, a lone figure stood quietly beside a window in the highest tower of Hogwarts.

It was Dumbledore.

Holding a steaming cup of sweet Olaf in one hand, the elderly headmaster gazed down at the enormous snow battle unfolding below. A warm smile slowly spread across his face.

"These truly are the best years of life," he murmured softly.

His eyes carried both affection and nostalgia, as though the lively scene below had awakened memories from a distant youth.

At that very moment, Professor Quirrell was returning from Hogsmeade.

He hurried across the grounds with his head lowered, clutching his robes tightly around himself. Nervous muttering escaped his lips as he walked, completely absorbed in his own thoughts.

As a result, he failed to notice the giant magical snow war raging nearby.

Then disaster struck.

Standing atop Gundam's shoulder, Leo casually hurled another snowball into the battlefield.

Unfortunately, his aim was terrible.

The snowball flew wildly off course and smashed directly into Quirrell's face.

"Ah!"

Quirrell staggered backward in shock and nearly collapsed onto the snow. His hands trembled violently as he slowly lifted his head.

Then he saw the battlefield.

His expression froze.

Towering snow monsters charged across the lawn. Massive snowballs exploded everywhere. Giant white figures leaped through the air while students screamed and scattered in every direction.

Quirrell's face instantly turned pale.

His mouth fell open slightly as his entire body began shaking uncontrollably.

It looked as though he had just witnessed the end of the world.

"T-Trolls!" he shrieked. "Monsters! Hogwarts is under attack by monsters!"

Before he could recover, another stray snowball whistled past his head.

Quirrell let out a terrified scream and immediately turned to flee.

Unfortunately, he was moving far too fast.

His foot slipped on a patch of ice.

A second later, he crashed flat onto his back with a tremendous thud.

The nearby students burst into laughter.

Quirrell's eyes rolled backward from sheer terror and humiliation.

Then he fainted.

Right there in the middle of the snow.

The scene was so ridiculous that even Leo nearly lost his composure.

Harry doubled over, clutching his stomach as he laughed uncontrollably.

"Professor Quirrell is unbelievable! He can't even tell the difference between snowmen and actual monsters!"

Ron laughed so hard that tears streamed down his face.

"This is absolutely priceless," he gasped.

Even Draco struggled to maintain his usual aristocratic dignity. Although he tried to keep a straight face, the corners of his mouth kept twitching upward while his cheeks gradually turned red.

Carlotta had already collapsed into the snow from laughing too hard.

Leo jumped down from Gundam's shoulder and approached the unconscious professor.

As he drew closer, confusion appeared in his eyes.

Why was Quirrell so terrified?

The giant snow monsters certainly looked ridiculous, but no normal wizard should faint from fear at the sight of them.

Then, just as Leo stepped within a few feet of him, the pseudo-Yang God inside his body suddenly reacted.

A familiar yet unsettling energy radiated from Quirrell.

Leo's expression changed immediately.

For a brief moment, instinct nearly took control. He almost reached out to draw in and absorb the strange power, just as he had done with Carlo before.

Fortunately, he stopped himself in time.

After all, Voldemort was still attached to Quirrell.

Leo forced himself to remain calm. His gaze shifted subtly toward the professor's collar.

Partially hidden beneath the fabric was a faint trace of silver liquid.

A thoughtful look appeared in Leo's eyes.

It seemed Voldemort could not continue using Quirrell's body for much longer.

Meanwhile, panic had already begun spreading among the younger students.

Several rushed toward the castle to fetch help while others gathered nervously around the unconscious professor, unsure what they should do.

Hermione, Harry, Ron, and the others quickly joined Leo.

Hermione frowned as she looked down at Quirrell.

"Even if Professor Quirrell only reads directly from textbooks, stutters constantly, smells like garlic, acts cowardly, and behaves strangely all the time, he's still a Hogwarts professor. We should take him to the hospital wing."

The moment she finished speaking, silence fell over the group.

Hermione blinked.

Slowly, she looked up.

Harry, Ron, Draco, and several nearby students were staring at her with wide eyes.

Realization hit instantly.

Oh no.

I said all of that out loud.

Her face immediately turned bright red.

Leo coughed lightly, rescuing her from further embarrassment.

"Right. Let's get Professor Quirrell to Madam Pomfrey first."

Although he secretly agreed with every word Hermione had said, he wisely kept those opinions to himself.

More importantly, he was fairly certain the bald face hiding beneath Quirrell's turban had heard every single word.

Harry nodded seriously.

"Honestly, that's part of why we started the snowball fight in the first place. I just didn't expect Professor Quirrell to get scared unconscious by snow monsters."

Ron scratched his head awkwardly.

"So... how exactly are we supposed to carry him?"

Carlotta tilted her head thoughtfully.

"Why not levitate him?"

At that moment, Fred and George arrived.

The twins had heard the rumor that a Hogwarts professor had literally fainted from fear during a snowball fight. Naturally, they refused to miss such a historic occasion.

Fred grinned shamelessly.

"Professor Quirrell really outdid himself this time."

George nodded beside him with exaggerated seriousness.

"Imagine being defeated by snow."

Fred rubbed his chin thoughtfully.

"Maybe we should dump a bucket of cold water on him. That ought to wake him up."

The group immediately burst into laughter again.

After considering several options, the students finally agreed on a solution.

A few older students carefully levitated Professor Quirrell using the Levitation Charm while the others escorted him through the snow-covered grounds toward the hospital wing.
