Synopsis
Genre: Urban Romance, Action, Comedy, Revenge, Weak-to-Strong The Fall Min-jun was the ultimate office doormat at Aegis Corp, a global security titan. A genius with numbers but socially invisible, he spent his nights running coffee errands and his days pining for the "Ice Queen" Vice President, Elena. His world shatters when he discovers he’s been framed by the corrupt CEO Park and his bully manager, Choi, for a multi-million dollar embezzlement scheme. Left for dead in a rain-slicked alley after a brutal "accident," Min-jun’s old life ends in silence and betrayal. The Rebirth Min-jun is rescued by Old Man Kang, an eccentric, grumpy owner of the Sparkle & Spin Laundromat who happens to be a retired legendary assassin. Under Kang's "Cleaning Method" training, Min-jun undergoes a grueling and hilarious transformation. He learns that the physics of removing a stubborn stain are identical to snapping a human radius, and that "balance" is the key to both high-stakes accounting and lethal combat. He emerges not just as a physical powerhouse, but as a refined, sharp-witted predator. The Revenge Returning to the city under the guise of a mysterious billionaire investor backed by the "Shadow Dragon" credit card, Min-jun begins a systematic "deep clean" of Aegis Corp. The Action: He dismantles elite mercenary teams using industrial laundry equipment and high-pressure steam. The Comedy: He balances his life as a terrifying "Emperor" of the underworld with his duties as a laundromat apprentice, often forced to scrub smelly socks between corporate takeovers. The Romance: He forces Elena to face the truth of her company’s corruption. As she is swept into his world of shadows, the cold VP must trade her designer heels for combat boots and join Min-jun’s quest for justice. The Escalation As Min-jun recovers the "Ghost Files"—data capable of toppling the city’s elite—he draws the ire of the Shadow Syndicate, a global criminal network. From mid-air helicopter hijacks to boardroom "face-slapping" showdowns, Min-jun must prove that while he used to be the help, he is now the one who decides who gets washed away. "The city is a dirty shirt, and I’m the only one who knows how to use the bleach." — Min-jun

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Doormat’s Last Stand

The fluorescent lights of the Aegis Corp office flickered like a dying heartbeat. Min-jun stared at the stack of documents on his desk. It was 2:00 AM.

"Min-jun! Where is my iced Americano?"

The voice belonged to Choi, the Senior Manager. Choi was a man who wore suits that cost more than Min-jun's yearly rent but possessed the personality of a wet trash bag.

"I'm finishing the audit you requested, sir," Min-jun mumbled, his eyes bloodshot.

"Did I ask for an audit? I asked for coffee!" Choi slammed a hand on the desk, intentionally spilling a bottle of ink over Min-jun's hard work. "Oops. Looks like you'll be staying another four hours. Clean that up, Errand Boy."

Min-jun's fists clenched under the table. He was the top of his class in college, a genius with numbers, yet here he was, being treated like furniture. He did it all for Elena—the ice-queen Vice President. He believed if he worked hard enough, she would finally notice him.

As Choi walked away laughing, Min-jun's phone buzzed. It was an anonymous text.

"Check the safe in the CEO's office. Your name is on the embezzlement files. You're the scapegoat, kid."

Min-jun's heart plummeted. He wasn't just a doormat; he was the sacrificial lamb.

He crept toward the executive wing, his sneakers squeaking on the polished marble. He found the door slightly ajar. Inside, voices whispered.

"Is the kid handled?"

Min-jun froze. It was the CEO.

"He's worked himself to the bone," a feminine voice replied. Min-jun's breath hitched. Elena? "He's pathetic, really. He thinks I actually like the way he looks at me. Once the police find the 'evidence' in his locker tomorrow, the company will be cleared."

Min-jun felt like his soul had been hollowed out. The woman he loved wasn't just indifferent—she was the architect of his ruin.

Suddenly, the lights in the hallway surged. A heavy hand landed on Min-jun's shoulder.

"You shouldn't have come here, Min-jun," Choi whispered behind him, a wicked grin on his face.

Before Min-jun could scream, a heavy blow struck the back of his head. Darkness rushed in, but through the fading light, he saw Elena step out of the office. She didn't look sad. She looked bored.

If I survive this, Min-jun thought as he spiraled into the void, I'll make sure you never feel bored again.
