"Most of us can brew Master Level potions and pills, since all they require is patience. But a certified Master Level Alchemist is someone who has reached a Purity of 90% on their Master Level recipes."
"You can't just do this with Mortal Ranked pills, however. If you want to become a certified Master Level Alchemist, you must reach 90% Pill Purity with Mortal, Spirit, Earth, and Heaven Ranked Master Level recipes."
