One was buying some basic vehicles. Her modified stuff would take a month or so, she needed ways to go around.
To save money, she wanted to buy with terms (i.e. pay downpayment first, pay later), but those needed proper identification and contract signing, so she couldn't. This was not like the customization job, which was fine even if she didn't leave an ID, simply because the end products weren't in her hands yet.
Buying the finished products and using them was different. Fortunately, a million could buy a few cheap or second-hand ones, just that she had to choose one or two for efficiency.
