It's been a month or so since kids from academy were moved here all those who were 6th and 7th yesr were teamed up into one squad.
The 4th and 5th years in one squad.
Then 1st , 2nd and 3rd years in another squad.
Then Hark was given the vice leadership of team where as a 3rd year kid was the leader of the team.
The leader was Rob a Human.
A long speech was given and all.
But Carson's mind was still with the yesterday's events confused what happened.
Now the truth parth came the king said "Now children of the future of our World we have divided you guys into groups so that you can contribute towards your world and do sowm quests.".
The speech ended and each group leaders were given tasks.
Rob said to the team.
There is a nearby village we are going there to rescue any survivors.
Korma, Dorkis , Rowan , luke and Carson sticked together talking about Hark the new God.
Carson was still somewhat angry with the fact that the sword choose Hark to him the world was feeling more and more like discrimination but he tried to ignore it knowing it's just him and nothing else.
They left the Capital eith some food and rations.
Monsters attacked but the kids effectively took care of it.
Carosn didn't even move from his place he had learn quite a few spells in last month now that kids can skip classes Carson focused straight on the concept learning about process in between the learning.
He shot out fire spells, dark spells, water spells. What no one knee that he tried to contract a spirit but failed to make a full contract just a teporary contract with a low grade fire spirit.
It was a cat the fire spirit looked total orange small.
Then after that Carosn summoned it everyone exclaimed seeing such a cute spirit.
Then Carson didn't even have to lift a finger the beasts were dealt with easily.
Rowan was in a similar situation.
Then after 5 days of walking with less breaks and fighting the beasts the reached the outskirts of the village.
There they went inside dkem houses and rested a bit.
Many Werewolfs, Vampires and the Beastfolks were sensitive and could feel other beasts to a very great point.
Yet Carosn hand it under control.
Next day the group woke up and ate a wolf meat.
This time Luke really went out and hunted soem Horned rabits.
And ate them after cooking.
Then we all scatered looking for survivors.
But of all people Carosn was alone rhey said Carosn should stay back except the 1st years no one knew how steorrng Carosn was and as he looked small in size they didn't take him.
In reality he was small at all he was just wearing baggy cloths but didn't mind it.
After everyone left he waited and waited.
He heard a scream but didn't went there.
Because from a distance he could tell it was something else.
It was a Tiyanak.
He also sensed few girls grounp rushed towards it thi king it was a small kid crying.
He said "fuck"
He then transformed his legs and startes running towards the voice.
As they reached first girls saw a small kid rhe kids face down crying loudly.
Carson shouted "don't go near it"
The girls looked at Carson among then Kara was also there then said "hoe heartless can you be it's a kid"
But as a girl went and rotated the kid she screamed of fear and disgust "kyaaaaaaaaaaaaa"
She tries to back off but now she was kind of under a hypnotism then then Tiyanak connected its umbilicat cord to the girls belly.
It happened so fast everyone was confused.
Caron said "hey girls help me we have exactly 3 minutes ti kill it or it will give it's sperms through that things nd your friend will get pregnant with a monsters baby."
(Don't mind the words Tiyanak a bit different from what I am describing them it makes this more fun)
All the girls looked worried then they rushed at the girl who was under hypnosis and eas running away Carosn really tried to ignore this but after 2 minutes passed he sighed.
He then transformed into tiger form he can control and used shadow movement magic along with wind boost reaching to her within a minute and the killed the Tiyanak ripping it's body appart with his claws.
The girl came to her senses and even before she could do anything she fell unconscious feeling tainted.
Carson cut the umbilical cord of her belly.
He then said "take care"
The girls said "wait why don't you join us you are so strong you are equal to one party alone"
He didn't see any reason to say no then the girls proposed "hey how about this we have to go report it Kara and you take Moria to a safe house then continue the expedition"
Kara looked at the girls confused but even before she could talk they winked at her and left.
She quickly got the gist of what was happening so did Carson he was feeling sowm what butterflies in his heart in a long time.
Kara took off her mask "hey can you hold it"
Carson who was in normal form took it he was also carrying the girl who was fainted.
They had small talks and Carosne as getting irritated as the girl he kind of liked was acting way weird avoiding topics mostly.
After putting the Moria girl in the house which was safe.
Carosn and Kara walked around Now Carosn really talking with hand gestures his facial expression better now.
Kara somehow felt strany intimidated not in a bad way.
They patrolled the area around a few times no survivors.
Then they sat inside the house Moria was still asleep.
Carson asked "whatd o you fear the most? "
Kara took a long pause her eyes turning watery and sad she quickly put her face down to hide it slowly said "my family"
