As Nero and Aurathia entered the hostess of fertility they were welcomed by a familiar voice
"Welcome, please let me take you to your- oh, Aurathia and Nero, what are you doing here"
"Rias, what are you doing here, and what's with that outfit" Nero replied in shock at seeing Rias wearing a waitress uniform
"Well I came here with Yumi as you probably know so that she could spar with Ryuu, and while I was waiting I thought I would ask if I could wear the uniform, with mama Mia agreeing so long as I did the work while I was wearing it" Rias answered with a smile, giving Nero and Aurathia a spin to show off the uniform
"It suits you quite well" commented Aurathia "the contrast between your obvious high class upbringing and the simple but eye catching design of the uniform works well on you"
"Thank you for the compliment Aurathia" Rias curtsied
"Hey Rias, less talking more working, we've got customers to serve" mama Mia barked from the kitchen "get them seated and get to taking the other customers orders"
"Yes mama Mia" Rias replied with a wry smile, leading Aurathia and Nero to an open table "here's your menu's, just give me a shout when you've decided what you want"
"Alright, thanks Rias" Nero replied "so I'm guessing you'll be having something with lots of meat" he teased Aurathia, knowing that she liked to get as much protien as often as possible
"And I'm guessing that you'll be having something that you can eat with one hand" Aurathia teased back "personally I would recommend some lamb with a side of bread and cheese, a glass of orange juice to go with it to help you recover faster, no wine for a while"
"Sounds tasty and effective, what about you?" Nero remarked
"What else, I'll have a steak with plenty of veg on the side, and some of Mia's famous fruit liquor, you're the one who's recovering not me" Aurathia smiled
Waving over Rias, Aurathia and Nero made there order, making small talk as they waited for their food to be made
As the food was brought over Nero was surprised again
"Yumi! you're working here as well?" he blurted out as she placed the food on the table
"It is a good way to gather infomation on the surface, a good source of extra money and it allows me to have more oppurtunities to talk to Ryuu" Yumi stated as she passed the drinks to Nero and Aurathia
"Practical and efficiant, I like it" smiled Aurathia "thanks for the food"
"My pleasure Aurathia" Yumi bowed
"One of these days I will get her to call me Aura" Aurathia mummbled as she began eating
"Alright, time to give this a go" Nero declared as he picked up his knife and focused on his lamb, trying to hold it in place with his psychic powers as he cut the meat
"You're doing better than expected" Aurathia noted as she popped a piece of her steak in her mouth "you didn't have that level of control this morning"
"Being in a life or death situation tends to make it so that my potential get stimulated" Nero stated as he used his powers to lift the meat slowly off the table "although it also helps that keeping something in place is alot easier than lifting it up" the lamb finally arriving at his mouth
"Let's hope your potential doesn't keep on having to keep getting stimulated, it's bad for my heart when you come back battered and bruised" Aurathia chuckled, her tone lighthearted but her feelings behind her words coming though that here words were anything but a joke
"Yeah, I'm not exactly a fan of the pain that comes with my potential being stimulated" Nero chuckled, wincing due to accidently knocking his arm against the table
"I imagine you're not" Aurathia giggled before leaning in aand whispering "since this wasn't your fault you can use that training space of yours to help you recover faster, but you're still not allowed to go into the dungeon until you get the ok from Airmid"
"I'm fine with that, most of my training at the moment is trying to get used to my psychic powers anyway so it's not as if I will be doing anything that will make my arm worse and I don't want to reveal the existance of the training space to anyone else so I'll be staying at home anyway, it would seem strange if a wound that should have taken a week to heal was healed faster even if we say that I just used potions to speed up my recovery" Nero replied in an equally hushed voice "plus if it were that easy for me to recover I'm pretty sure Airmid would have just given me a load of potions and sent me on my way if that were possible sos I don't want her to start asking questions"
"A good mindset to have" Aurathia nodded as she continued her meal "now get to eating, food will let you heal faster anyway, plus the food here is great anyway and it would be a waste to not enjoy the food that we've paid for" raising her cup towards Nero "to your swift recovery
"I have no problem with enjoying the food" Nero agreed as he raised his cup to Aurathia's "to my speedy recovery" both of them gulping down their drinks before tucking back into their meal, Nero's control over his psychic powers increasing by a tiny amount due to the necessity of him using them and the fact that his hunger made it so that he was able to focus on the food more easily than a rock, and he wanted to eat the food more than he wanted to have a rock float over his hand.
