The next day, the school buzzed with excitement. Students moved through the corridors with bright smiles, the air electric with anticipation.
"I can't believe today we're finally getting our ID cards and swords!" Yuri said sweetly, smiling like an excited puppy, her eyes sparkling.
Yukie rolled her eyes as they entered the classroom. "That's quite amazing, but no need to act like you just hit the jackpot of a million dollars," she said flatly.
Ren looked up from his seat, flashing an energetic grin. "You two finally came!"
Yukie glanced at him. "Of course. Since we're going to become official Resonants," she replied seriously, taking her seat.
Yuri clapped her hands energetically. "I'm so happy for all of us!" she said softly.
Kael smiled confidently. "Right, because today we get our ID cards, Ketsuryū-Shinki, and our first mission — which will decide our training academy."
Yuri sat beside Yukie, still smiling brightly. "Let's see what happens."
The classroom door slid open. Miss Yumi entered, holding a sleek box of ID cards.
"Here are the ID cards for Yuri Hanasaki, Yukie Huria, Kael Yugar, and Ren Hoshino. Please come forward and collect them," she announced seriously.
The four students stood up and walked to the teacher's desk.
"That's mine!" Yuri said happily, taking her card and examining it with pure joy.
Yukie picked up hers, tilting it curiously. "That's quite interesting… they used a filter on my photo," she said normally.
Kael looked at his card with a satisfied nod. "Not bad."
Ren stared down at his own. "That's amazing," he said confidently.
Suddenly, three men entered the room, each carrying a saya containing a katana.
"Is this our sword?" Yuri asked, eyes lighting up with happiness.
One man stepped forward, looking down at Kael. "This is your Ketsuryū-Shinki, made of tungsten. Blade length: twenty-nine inches. Tsuka length: nine inches." He handed the katana over with solemn respect.
Another man approached Yukie. "This is yours — tamahagane, same size," he said confidently before stepping back.
The third man handed Yuri her sword. "Yours is also tamahagane. Blade length: twenty-seven inches. Tsuka: eight inches." He bowed slightly and retreated.
Ren looked around, confused. "Where's mine?"
Yumi smiled. "Your Ketsuryū-Shinki will take a little longer to create because of the special metal you requested. You might receive it by evening or late noon. For now, you can proceed on the mission with the others to understand your physical abilities. All of you need to go to the main hall and receive your mission from the Headmaster."
Yumi left the room with the three men.
Yuri held her saya tightly. "I can't believe it…" she whispered, looking like a happy puppy.
Kael gripped his tsuka and slowly drew the blade. "It's shining…" he murmured, his reflection clear on the polished steel.
Ren turned sharply. "Let's go to the hall."
Yuri nodded hesitantly. "Okay…" She followed him, with Yukie and Kael close behind.
Inside the grand hall, the Headmaster waited.
"Finally. You all are here," he said confidently.
The four bowed their heads respectfully.
"No need for formalities," the Headmaster continued energetically. "Let's talk about your first mission. It will take place at Enoshima Beach. We've received reports of a powerful Echo that appeared there recently."
The four nodded and left the school grounds.
"So… how are we supposed to get there? It'll take at least an hour," Yuri asked, looking confused.
Suddenly, a sleek black car stopped right in front of them.
"Sit inside," a man in a black suit and dark glasses ordered.
The three climbed in.
"Wear your seatbelts," the driver said before launching the car forward at breakneck speed.
Ren's body slammed back into the seat from the G-force. "Can you please drive a bit slower?!" he asked, clearly scared.
The driver smiled and drifted sharply around a right turn. "We need to reach faster," he replied, pressing the accelerator even harder.
After a terrifying ride, the four jumped out onto the soft sand of Enoshima Beach.
"That was intense…" Kael groaned, collapsing onto the sand.
Yuri breathed heavily, her massive chest rising and falling dramatically. "You are a very expert driver…" she said breathlessly.
Yukie gazed out at the sparkling water. "That's so beautiful," she said with a rare smile.
Yuri nodded, eyes fixed on the waves. "We should swim here," she suggested softly.
The driver adjusted his glasses. "We can't swim. And we need to remove our upper clothes. Moving in this thick sand with shoes and full clothing will be difficult. We can't risk our lives."
Ren nodded and quickly pulled off his shirt, revealing his muscular chest and defined abs. "That's quite good," he said, tossing it onto the sand.
Kael stripped off his shirt and pants, standing confidently in tight boxers that highlighted his toned physique. "This is amazing…"
Yuri unbuttoned her shirt and threw it into the car. Her huge breasts jiggled violently inside her white bra. "The warm air feels so good on my skin," she said happily, her generous curves clearly visible.
Yukie removed her shirt, revealing her own impressive breasts, then slipped off her skirt. She stood in black bra and black panties that stretched tightly over her huge ass and thick thighs. "Not bad," she muttered.
Yuri looked at her. "That feels good, right?"
Yukie rolled her eyes. "Don't look at me like that."
Yuri smiled softly and removed her skirt, revealing white panties that hugged her milky thick thighs and massive ass. "So… should we wait for the Echo to come out?" she asked, tossing her skirt inside the car and closing the door.
The driver started the engine. "All of you stay alive and keep searching for the Echo to finish the mission faster." With that, he drove off.
Ren shouted after him, "Where are you going?!"
Kael looked around, gripping his saya tightly. "So… we have to find that Echo."
The three began walking toward the water's edge. Yuri's massive breasts and ass swayed seductively with every step in the sand.
"How are we supposed to find it?" Yuri asked softly.
Kael stared at the waves. "We have to go into the water," he said confidently.
Ren looked at him, confused. "What do you mean?"
Kael pointed with his saya. "Maybe the Echo is inside the water."
Yukie nodded. "That could be possible. Let's at least try."
Yuri smiled and jumped into the shallow water. "It's so refreshing!" she said happily.
Kael gave a flat stare. "It's like we brought a baby on our first mission," he sighed heavily.
Yukie rolled her eyes and moved away. "I'll search over there."
Suddenly, the water began to shake violently.
"What is happening?!" Yuri asked, looking down.
A massive octopus-like Echo erupted from the sea, towering over them.
"Is this the Echo?" Ren asked, staring up at the gigantic creature.
Kael drew his sword. "That's the Echo," he said, voice turning deadly serious.
The octopus lashed out, wrapping its thick tentacles tightly around Yuri's body and lifting her into the air.
"Ouch! That's so tight!" Yuri cried, desperately punching the tentacle.
Yukie drew her blade. "We have to fight!" She charged forward, dodging tentacles and slicing several in half.
Kael shouted, "Don't cut the tentacles! He can regrow them stronger! Aim for his neck!"
Ren looked up. "His neck? We can't climb that high — he's too big!"
Kael glanced at the captured Yuri. "First, we cut the tentacle holding Yuri!"
He rushed toward the creature.
The octopus's tentacles wrapped completely around Yuri, squeezing her huge breasts painfully.
"Ren… Yukie… Kael!" she shouted in fear.
Yukie leaped onto a tentacle and ran up toward the neck. "I'm getting closer to his neck!"
Kael kept slashing other tentacles to distract the beast. "He's very powerful!" He threw his sword, severing one that was about to strike.
Yuri suddenly fell, landing directly on Kael's chest.
"Ouch!" she yelped, sitting up with her huge ass pressing down on him.
Kael quickly rolled, grabbing her tightly to dodge another attack, pinning her safely to the sand for a moment. "Are you okay, Yuri?"
Yuri grabbed his biceps, breathing heavily. "Yes… thank you for saving me," she said, relieved.
Kael stood and yanked his sword free from the fallen tentacle.
Ren ran over. "Are you okay?"
Yuri stood up and gave him a soft smile. "I'm fine, Ren." She picked up her sword.
The three charged again, continuously cutting tentacles.
"I'm very close!" Yukie shouted, leaping onto the octopus's neck.
Yuri cheered from below. "Great work, Yukie! Now cut his neck!"
Suddenly the creature shook violently and hurled Yukie straight into Ren.
"Ouch! You're very heavy!" Ren groaned as they collapsed onto the sand.
Yukie sat up on his chest, looking down at his face. "Still better than you," she said before slowly standing.
Ren got up weakly. "We need a plan to kill it," he said calmly, brushing sand off his body.
Yukie gripped her sword. "Stay here and make the plan. I'll handle it for now." She charged back toward the octopus.
Suddenly, a large plane roared overhead and dropped a saya onto the sand with a heavy thud.
"Is that a sword?" Ren asked, eyes fixed on the weapon.
He picked it up and read the attached letter. "For Ren Hoshino," he said happily.
Kael smiled while still fighting. "That's good!"
Ren examined the saya, which featured a striking printed image of a curvaceous woman in a bikini. "Who is this woman?" he muttered.
Yukie rolled her eyes sharply. "We don't have time for this, idiot! Take it and help us!"
Ren gripped the tsuka and drew the blade. It was noticeably taller and heavier than the others. "That's quite heavy…"
Yuri smiled sweetly. "You're looking very smart, Ren," she said softly.
Ren charged forward and swung his massive sword through the air. A powerful shockwave erupted, slamming the giant octopus hard onto the sand.
"That was amazing!" Kael said, eyes wide with shock.
Yukie stared at the blade. "That's a beast…"
Yuri examined it closely. "This sword is very powerful," she said sweetly.
Ren looked again at the bikini-clad woman printed on the saya. "Maybe… she made this sword," he said, still confused.
Yukie rolled her eyes. "Whatever. Who would print her bikini image on a Resonants' sword?" She turned her gaze back to the fallen creature.
The four rushed forward.
"Is he dead?" Yuri asked, looking down.
Kael nodded. "Since this is for rookies like us, maybe he was weak. He probably has internal injuries that will take time to heal."
Yukie raised her sword and sliced cleanly through the octopus's neck from the middle. "Then we shouldn't waste time," she said, wiping the blood off her blade with a tissue.
The driver reappeared with the car a short distance away.
"Finally! All four of you completed the first mission. That's amazing," he said, clearly impressed.
Back at the school, the Headmaster sat in his chair, watching the four on his monitor with a serious expression.
"That's great," he murmured. "We've gained four strong Resonants for our future."
