Four decades ago, a boy was born into the royal family of Spiral Island. He was not meant to be a mere king. As his elder brother was a quiet boy, he was meant to be the ruthless one. His father, the King of Spiral Island, named him Siddik.
From his very childhood, he was forced to learn impossible things. He was forced not to play with others. He wielded real knives, dissecting their weight, their balance, their lethality at the age of five. His father and brother watched him carefully, sensing the spark of something different.
During one snowfall, Siddik failed to break a simple wooden target. His father didn't shout. He simply ordered the guards to bury the child waist-deep in ice, saying: "Let the cold teach him what warmth can't." Everyone just watched; no one dared to rescue.
At ten, he joined the local science academy under the tutelage of Elian Grovius, a man who could see the future in the minds of prodigies. Elian recognized Siddik's potential to reshape the world, but before his formal studies ended, he was sent outside the Spiral Island with the royal guards. There, he met Samia, a peer and equal in intellect. They studied together for years, dissecting scientific theories, debating ethics, and solving problems far beyond their age. Samia's calm demeanor balanced Siddik's fire, but she never tamed it. She admired his brilliance, yet she glimpsed the darkness in him, a storm brewing beneath every calculated smile.
Siddik returned as an innovator and scientist in his twenties. Then he was sent to take training under Master Atiq, the fiercest warrior of Spiral Island. Atiq trained him not as a prince, but as a random boy. For hours, days, weeks, Siddik endured beatings, pain, and exhaustion beyond the imagination of any ordinary child.
Atiq: "You won't fight as a prince or a king, Siddik. You have to fight like a weapon. A man who has no fear of death, mercy should be removed from your dictionary. Do you believe you can do that?"
Siddik: "Faith is my sword. Truth is my shield. And knowledge is my armor. But why am I forced to do things that I don't want?"
Atiq: "Because your father wants you to be a king. But I want you more than that. I was waiting for your birth."
Siddik: "Why, Master? Why are you being so cruel to me? Others are treated differently?"
Atiq: "Others can fall, but you won't. You are meant to succeed. If you can't take things by words, you have to take them with strength. Every bruise, every drop of your blood, every moment of pain – it's a seed of dominance.
Siddik was forced to fight older, stronger warriors. He bled, he fell, but he rose again. The days blurred into a brutal cycle. Pain was constant. Yet every strike, every fall, hardened him. On the last day of training, Atiq and Siddik had a duel. It was a strong duel, but Siddik lost it.
Atiq: "Why didn't you win?"
Siddik: "Because someone taught me that never outshine the master, make your superiors feel smarter and more talented than they are."
Atiq: "You are ready, my boy. A weapon forged with rage, cruelty."
Siddik: "I want to know about our history. You shaped the island with my grandfathers. Why is Spiral Crown our enemy when it was created by my great uncle?"
Atiq: "Hidden under the royal library. There are hundreds of books, letters, and notes. Read them, you'll understand."
Then one evening, Siddik went there secretly, alone. There he found a shelf, broken and dusty. He found no book that he was searching for. But he found a switch. He pressed it, and a hidden room was opened. "Secret compartment?" Siddik murmured. Inside was a collection of handwritten diaries, books, bound in leather so ancient it peeled like burned skin. On the first cover:
CHRONICLES OF THE SPIRAL WORLD.
Siddik inhaled sharply. The world shifted. Siddik sat down, opened the first page, and began to read. Every sentence stabbed him between the ribs. He found Spiral Crown was nothing but a failure. They were the slaves of the island. But they killed Siddik's grand uncle, tried to poison his grandfather. He understood that the Spiral Crown didn't protect the island; it infected it.
The next day, he went to Atiq. Atiq smiled to see Siddik's face. He knew that Siddik was returning from the library.
Atiq: "You finally found them."
Siddik: "Why did you hide them?"
Atiq: "Your father and I protected them from burning. Your grandfather wanted to burn and vanish these books. He wanted obedience, not truth."
Siddik: "So we're built on lies?"
Atiq: "No… We're built on sacrifices and sins. When your grandfather died, he made a will to your father and brother, not to fight with them. But you are safe, you are meant to be the ruthless warrior, a nightmare for them. I waited so many years to train you, to see the face of the destroyer of Spiral Crown."
Siddik: "You raised me to finish what you started. I promise anyone who supports Spiral Crown, I'll show them how much pain Allah has given in death."
Atiq: "Be careful what you wish for, Siddik. Because the royal blood also supports it. Your uncle has gone from the island and joined them."
Siddik: "If I had to kill him also, I wouldn't hesitate. I was born to bring peace, but I will show them what chaos looks like."
The Spiral War erupted soon after. His father and brother tried to keep him away, but Siddik was not restrained. On the battlefield, he was a living tempest. Elian Grovius, who had once been his mentor, approached him with an offer:
Elian: "You're joining the wrong side of the coin, Siddik. Join us and be our king."
Siddik: "I am on the right side, Elian. And Spiral Crown's end is in my hand."
Elian: "Spiral Crown is not a race, it's an idea."
Siddik: "Whoever thinks to spread their idea, I will cut their head and bring their brains."
Elian: "The twelve kingdoms need defense. You're born to rule them. Be our King, and we can have the whole world."
Siddik: "Elian, don't try to act smart with me. We are taking down everything. After this, there will be no chaos, no powers."
Elian: "The world doesn't deserve kindness, be heartless."
Siddik: "I will become a person who is not only ruthless or heartless, but a monster who only knows how to rise."
Elian: "If you don't join us, we'll take down your everything, your people. You can't protect them alone."
Siddik: "Then listen, Elian. I won't stop killing till I finish the last of Spiral Crown's idea."
Elian left without any words.
In Spiral War, Siddik and his people won. They killed thousands of Spiral Crown soldiers. Elian was almost killed, but Siddik fought for him. And then he abandoned him in a jungle, leaving Elian alive to fester in his own rage. This decision later turned him into Grok, Siddik's most formidable adversary, forged from betrayal and obsession.
After the Spiral War, Siddik created a secret sanctum for his own. Nobody wasn't allowed to enter, not even his family. He spent a lot of time there. He realized Spiral Crown was not an easy enemy to kill. If he had to kill them off, he had to be the most ruthless one. So he started to kill his peaceful side. He practiced swordsmanship until his fingers bled. He forced himself to break, rebuild, and break again. He learned to use darkness not as corruption but as control. He forged his dark saber using forbidden techniques, folding metal with titanium and fury until it pulsed like a living heart. When it ignited, a black flame roared. And something in Siddik changed forever.
Then his father and brother wanted him to become the King of the Spiral Island and rule the twelve kingdoms under them. But he refused it.
Siddik: "Father, I want to know about outside the island – the people, the cultures, explore the unknown."
Father: "No, none of your siblings had permission to study outside the island. But I gave you that. Now you do what I order."
Siddik: "No. I won't. Give me some time to be a true king."
Siddik's brother agreed with him and convinced their father. Then their father gave Siddik one year to explore. But Siddik wasn't allowed to go alone. Siddik had to take Darwin, Arthur, and Sophie with him. Sophie was one of the best warriors on the island. Siddik is gone for his world tour. He explored the political wars among countries, the people's sufferings, and their sorrows. He saw people of all ages; even children were killed by bullets.
He then met Fakhrul Islam, one of the best comrades of that time. He learned about modern war tactics, weapons, and battle ideas. They discussed so many things like politics, wars, and world leaders. Fakhrul warned him not to interfere in all those. Because Spiral Island's people weren't allowed to interfere in world politics. But Siddik didn't listen. He met with the UN President and proposed that he stop the wars. He didn't pay any heed to Siddik's words. Siddik gave him threats and promised to take control of the countries.
After one year, he came back to Spiral Island. But didn't take the throne. He collected almost twelve thousand soldiers from the hidden bunkers – half dead, broken, and depressed. Some of us were just counting on our death. He took them with him and trained them. The soldiers again rose and became the most deadly. Siddik gave them a reason to live again.
Siddik: "I brought you here for one reason. The reason is not questioning my actions, only obeying them. From today, you are my Revenants."
Revenants: "And you are our chief!"
Siddik: "From today, our only motive is to conquer. We will shape this world with blood, not mercy. This world doesn't want peace, it wants chaos."
Revenants: "Yeah!"
Siddik: "Our first task will be conquering the twelve kingdoms from the Spiral Crown. If we have to kill them all, we won't hesitate to cut their heads. Not even their families."
Revenants: "For Siddik! For Spiral!"
His father came to know about the Revenants and tried to stop him. But Siddik wasn't a man to stop. He fought with the Spiral Crown. Siddik's friends, allies, Darwin, Arthur, and the Revenants killed them brutally and ruthlessly. They didn't care about who stood in their way. They fought like robots, just obeying the orders blindly.
They conquered the whole island once again. Siddik did it before his thirties. He was about to sit on the throne, but something horrifying happened. Elian Grovius became Grok through his mind and techs. Then Siddik planned something that changed the fate of Spiral Island. Siddik called a meeting with his father, brother, Darwin, Arthur, and Zaber.
Siddik: "Father, don't panic, but you have to leave the island with our family."
Father: "Why?"
Siddik: "Elian Grovius is going to attack the island. And he won't spare our family."
Father: "So we all have to flee, right?"
Siddik: "Not all. Everyone except me."
Father: "Why don't you? You have to flee before us."
Siddik: "Try to understand, Father. If you don't, our whole family has to suffer."
Father: "Your one mistake caused the whole danger. I told you before to kill him. But you aren't a person to listen to. You know what your problem is? You think everybody is wrong except you."
Siddik: "This isn't a time of personal conflicts."
Father: "I was wrong about you, Siddik. You are not a true king. Because you are a coward."
Siddik: "Then fight me with your soldiers."
Everyone shocked. The atmosphere became cold. The room became silent.
Siddik: "If I win, you have to leave. If I lose, I will accept any of your punishments."
Father: "You are talking about civil war?"
Siddik: "A battle between ego and power. Do your soldiers have the guts to fight me?"
Father: "Tomorrow, you will see what the Spiral army can do if it comes to ego."
Siddik: "Waiting."
The next day, actually, the war happened. But Siddik swiped the Spiral army with the Spiral Crown army, which he saved from the Spiral war. In the battle, Siddik won, and his father got so angry. Only Hasan understood what Siddik truly wanted. The brothers talked for the last time before their separation.
Hasan: "I know if I tell you to go with us, you won't listen."
Siddik: "Father is angry with me. Take care of him and the others."
Hasan: "What about you?"
Siddik: "I will end them up. Darwin and Musa are going with you. Musa will stay with you, and Darwin will stay far from you and look for external threats."
Hasan: "After doing such things, do you think you can win?"
Siddik: "I won't stop till I win. I don't care who stands with me or not, I just can't stop myself."
Hasan: "Will we meet again?"
Siddik: "If Allah wants, we'll meet soon."
Hasan: "Siddik, remember one thing. Nobody loves the warrior until the enemy is at the gate."
Siddik: "Things will be fine again. Whenever the situation comes into our hands, I will call you here and make you the King of Spiral Island."
Hasan: "What about you?"
Siddik: "I will be your shadow."
Hasan: "Goodbye, Siddik!"
They stood up and hugged each other.
Siddik: "Brother, tell father to forgive me if my hands get bloody with our own people's blood."
Hasan didn't understand, but he also didn't ask him about it.
Then Siddik's mother came to see.
His mother asked, 'Will we see you again?'
Siddik didn't answer. He simply placed his childhood pendant in her hand and said, "Keep them in the shadows. It will remind me."
Siddik also sent Samia to protect his family. Because he feared Darwin couldn't take down Grok's men alone. Samia came to say goodbye to Siddik.
Siddik: "Are you afraid?"
Samia: "Afraid not of Elian. But I am afraid of you."
Siddik: "You still think Nafisa and I have something between us?"
Samia: "Nafisa seems more caring than I. And that annoys me."
Siddik: "From my childhood, I only loved you. And I will do it till my last breath. Nafisa is just my good friend, nothing else."
Samia: "If you have to choose between us, whom will you choose?"
Siddik: "I won't stop loving you, Samia."
Samia was about to leave, but stopped again. She looked behind and said, "Siddik, you don't have to carry all the pains alone inside you. Sometimes you have to share it with someone else."
After the exile, Hasan took their family to Italy. And on the other side, Siddik started to shape the island. He changed the whole face of the island. He rebuilt the island into a fortress.

He sent Arthur to an unknown place. And Zaber went with the Revenants team. Why he sent them outside the Island, nobody knew. Everybody just obeyed his order.
Back to the present...
The whole cell room was silent after hearing the whole story. Siddik's father and brother realized why he had to send them outside the island.
Darwin: "Hridoy, what did you say? Is Siddik selfish? Yes, he is. Because he doesn't care about the innocent ones. He always said that if the bad ends, nothing can stop the good."
Fakhrul: "Then what is he waiting for?"
Darwin: "I can sense his presence from a near distance. If a bunch of the army really attacked the island, he would come."
Hridoy: "So that's why all the leaders fear him."
Darwin: "Some witnessed his anger, some heard it, and some sensed it. I don't know if all of them fear him. But one thing I can tell you is that in the matter of wars, you are a child in front of him. You know why? Because he learnt samurai, karate, modern and ancient war tactics, and ninja techniques. He is way more dangerous than we think."
Meanwhile, in the Kharan Kingdom, when the figure opened his mask, everyone got shocked like they had seen a ghost. And yes, the ghost was Siddik. Musa, Rafi, Tayeb, and Rafiq came running towards him and hugged him.
Rafiq: "What made you wait for us?"
Siddik: "My inner monster was sleeping. I had to wake it up."
Tayeb: "Five years… We searched for you, buddy. We thought…"
Siddik: "What you thought is true. Because I am the monster whom the world forgot."
Rafi: "Your family is in danger."
Siddik: "My father is paying for the mistake he made in his past. I told him once about his brother, but he didn't believe. He slapped me in front of the royal court. Now his brother is showing him how much pain in love he has."
Musa (sign language): "All of our men are captured."
Siddik: "Guys, I know the story from the beginning. Now I will change it into my style."
Siddik went in front of Mary Tyler, John Bolton, and Henry Michael. Michael gave him a tight hug.
Michael: "Where were you, my King?"
Siddik: "I know you missed me. Now that I am back, I need your help."
Michael: "Anytime for you. We can die for you and your island."
Siddik: "King Bolton, Queen Mary, thanks a lot for the help and courage. I owe you a lot."
Bolton: "No, Siddik. It was a team effort. But still we lost."
Mary: "Now that Siddik has returned, the war will not wait. We are all with you, my son."
Siddik: "That'll be my honor. Okay, guys, have a seat."
Everybody sat down.
Siddik: "Now I am back. We have to act fast. Tayeb and Musa will gather those presidents who are with us. Rafi and Rafiq will slowly go to the address Zaber will send you. And Henry will ready his comrades."
Rafi: "We lost a lot in this attack."
Siddik: "We can't always carry our fallen comrades home, Rafi. But we carry their memories."
Everyone was silent for a moment. Then again, Siddik spoke.
Siddik: "If you think you have fought a lot, then you can rest. If you fear blood, then this war is not for you. Because in this war, you have to witness the flood of blood."
Rafiq: "Who is coming?"
Siddik: "Inhuman. Because they don't die. Tomorrow is a big day. I will go to Spiral Island to meet my people and family. And I am eagerly waiting for years to see my elder cousin brother."
Tayeb: "He is too dangerous to meet alone, Siddik. What if… he does something wrong to you."
Siddik: "He won't. Because I have the most precious thing in his life."
