Zoephelia smashing her spear into Kaiser's sword smiles as he starts to sink into the ground from the heavy impact.
"Do you feel that?"
Zoephelia launches up creating space only for her to appear behind Kaiser again and kick him in the back.
Kaiser barely blocks the kick with his sword, the kick still moving him the other direction. Fully turned around he throws his sword at Zoephelia who runs towards him and grabs his sword in mid air twisting and throwing it back at him
Kaiser dodges the sword aimed at his head only to get kicked in the face, sending him crashing backwards, Zoephelia teleports behind him grabbing his head and smashing it into the ground sending dust into the air.
The multiple spectators are quietly whispering about the fight they're watching, some completely shocked at what's happening.
The dust starts to settle and they see Zoephelia her foot on Kaiser's back and her hand keeping his head pinned.
"This your Highness, is strength something you will never have more than me not ever in you–
Kaiser's eyes burst open, his red eyes glowing at Zoephelia; her body becomes stiff as a black shadow forms around her.
"And you seem to think this is the extent of mine"
Kaiser's Shadows begin lifting Zoephelia off him and lifting her off him forcing her to stand straight up unable to move.
"This is just one way I use my shadows do you understand"
Kaiser throws his hands forward throwing Zoephelia towards the ground moving his hands up then down slamming her repeatedly into the dirt.
His hand movements go in circles throwing her in every direction his hands point.
Zoephelia, still unable to move, is only able to yell out in pain after every slam into the ground, bruises forming after every slam, finally having enough she summons her spear behind Kaiser using her eyes to move it towards his back.
"You have annoyed me to no end and I'll teach you the pecking order once and for-
As the spear nearly hits Kaiser he turns around and catches it mid air, his attention off of Zoephelia who begins to break out of his shadows grip.
"Of all things to try that's the dumb-
Kaiser gets kneed in the head releasing the spear and falling to the ground, with Zoephelia placing her foot on his chest and a second spear pointed at his throat.
Zoephelia smirking and soaking in the cheers from the crowd gathered around them.
"Looks like I beat you once again Prince, you boast your power yet decide to show off instead no wonder you can't win a fight against me"
Zoephelia lifts her foot off his chest and walks towards the people congratulating her on her victory.
Kaiser still laying on the ground, his hair covering his eyes as he grabs the dirt in frustration from losing to her once again.
Standing upright he dispelled his sword and began to leave the training grounds ignoring the few people who were trying to cheer him up.
Making his way through the crowd he attempts to disappear before he is grabbed by the shoulder
"Your highness"
Turning around he finds its Priscilla who stopped him from leaving the training grounds.
"By my count you have two people qualified for this strike team of yours, equipment and rooms will be prepared for them immediately"
Kaiser simply nods his head before shaking Priscilla's hand off of him and leaving the training grounds.
Priscilla turns around looking for Zoephelia to take her to the new team quarters, as Mai'e already showed Deakon the way.
Weaving her way through the crowd towering over a large portion of the people there she spots the young Angel talking to a group of warriors who failed from earlier.
Walking closer she stumbled into the conversation.
"Yeah if you ever want to beat him ya just gotta be smarter than him and have a few tricks up your sleeve"
The warriors in awe listened to every word as it was gospel.
"Zoephelia it's time let's go, we have important business to discuss on the way"
Zoephelia waves goodbye to the group and walks with Priscilla leaving the training grounds, their destination she doesn't know but simply just following the woman who seeped with power and commanded respect.
After walking in silence for a few minutes they enter a different part of the castle, a hall lined with different paintings not of the family but of enemies they've defeated.
"I must ask Zoephelia, that is the second time you've defeated Kaiser in the past two months"
Zoephelia begins smirking knowing where this was going she just puts her arms on her head and walks past Priscilla.
"I fight with a purpose, Something your "Prince" lacks,his movements are sloppy, unrefined, he overestimates his strength and it's a weakness"
Priscilla brings a hand to her chin, her head tilting to the left.
"I agree but there's something you're missing, that you've overlooked since it hasn't happened yet"
Zoephelia stops walking and turns around her face no longer a smirk.
"Hes holding back"
Priscilla claps her hands together
"Exactly Ever since the incident in the elven City he hasn't used his full power since , as much of a tough facade he puts on He's afraid"
Zoephelia's eyes slightly widen and she begins to understand now and putting things together.
"He has all the potential in the world but is too cautious, he'll learn eventually but right now he's afraid"
Priscilla nods her head and begins walking again, slightly brushing past Zoephelia, a few more steps and she stops at a door with intricate art on the entrance.
"Come this will be the teams Headquarters"
Zoephelia steps next to Priscilla as she opens the door revealing a bunch of maids,workers and Kaiser and Deakon, the former going over different documents and the applicants from earlier.
"Kaiser here she is, now remember you must select two more people before the operation begins, you have 2 days to find two more recruits"
Kaiser raises his hand and lets it fall to acknowledge her statement before going back to analyzing.
Deakon jumps from his seat and walks to Zoephelia intending to greet her
"Hi hi I'm Deakon it's a pleasure to meet you I hope you don't mind me"
He reaches his hand out to shake her hand
Zoephelia smiles and reaches her hand reciprocating the gesture.
"The pleasure is mine you can call me Zoephelia"
Priscilla teleports away to tend to matters around the Kingdom.
Kaiser , Deakon and Zoephelia are now all sitting in different chairs unsure of what to do.
Kaiser grabs the stack of paper and plops it on the table between them
"Now let's begin our search for the other two yes?"
