When I went back to the sitting room, everybody was looking at me like I did something bad.
"What have you been doing upstairs in your room. You were there for almost 30 minutes" Miss Stones asked with a stern face.
"I went to use the bathroom. I decided to lie or my bed and I slept off. I did not wake up until I heard the loud knock om my door" I lied with a straight face so they could easily believe me. I have gotten use to lying over the past ten years because of the secret I was hiding. There were even sometimes I thought of telling my dad about my secret.
I was sure they did not believe me completely but they did not bother to ask more questions. I went to sit where I was sitting before, beside Kelvin.
"I hope you're okay" He asked with a caring tone.
I nodded a yes and then we continued with the plans as I chose the design of the cake which was exceptionally beautiful.
We finished with the plan for the day and then they all left to their homes.

The first week of school was not that bad l, it was okay.
I arrived school a little bit late on the second week on Monday. I was late because my dad wanted to take me to school.
I entered into chemistry class and I saw that everyone was paired.
"Miss Davies, why are you late" Mrs Singh said
"I'm sorry, it will never happen happen again. I promise" I begged
"You've promised before but it's okay. You can take your seat" She said.
"Thank you" I said as I went straight to a table and sat alone.
After 5 minutes, a tall, handsome blond hair guy entered into the class.
" Is this my class" he said after he knocked.
"Oh yes, come in" She told him and then said" Class, this is the new transfer student from Scotland. Introduce yourself"
" My name is Robertson but you can call me Robert or Rob. Anyone , you can call me" He said a deep voiced scous accent.
I almost fell in love with his voice when I heard it. it wasn't only I who was falling but other girl were already giving him some flirty eyes which I think he noticed.
"You can go sit with Kira over there" Mrs Singh said as she pointed right to my seat. I wanted to faint when she pointed at my seat. I did not want to smile awkwardly so I just l faced downwards to avoid eye contact. He walked up to me and I showed him his seat without looking. Mission accomplished.
The class eventually ended after what almost felt like 2 hours of awkwardness. I was about to leave when Robertson called me.
"Hey Kira"
I looked back at him and I thought
"Why is he calling?Why does have to call me?How does he even know my name"
"Please can you show me round the school" He said with that his scouse accent.
"Okay" I said without even thinking once. I waited for him to stand up and then he came to me.
We walked with him round the school showing showing him around the school before second period which was P.E which I did actually want to go late to. He was a fun guy and he was friendly. As we were walking passed the hallway, I saw Billy, she ran to me and whispered
"Who is this beautiful boy beside you"
I told her to forget about it and she started to tell me about a new guy who was also in her class. She said he was tall with black hair and a beautiful blue eyes.
"He's my cousin" Robertson said but I did not hear clearly because I was in a conversation with Billy.
The second period bell rang and then we went straight to change into our sports wear.
