Patrick Maguire's authorization profile looked back at Jude
The head of the cybersecurity team looked equally unsettled across the desk
"Are you sure about this?", Jude asked shockingly
"Yes. We verified it three times, sir"
Jude looked at him sharply
"My father is dead"
"Yes, sir"
"So how is this even possible that his authorization is being used?"
The man shook his head slowly
"Well, we don't think your father's profile was accessed directly"
Jude frowned instantly
"What does that even mean?"
The head of the cybersecurity team looked at him directly
"We believe somebody used it as a cover"
The room became silent instantly as Jude looked back at the file
He thought really hard about how someone would have deliberately hidden behind an authorization nobody would ever question because Patrick Maguire was dead and nobody would suspect a dead man
Jude slowly closed the file
