(A note from the author. 6-7 years later)
This is chaos. The story, of course, but my writing. Only read this book if you have the time to waste. Or, if you don't care that you'll definitely waste time in here, uncovering a narrative that is hardly cohesive, and simultaneously cringy as all hell. And, I will admit, it starts kind of slow... Dare I say dull even...*
The ideas that came from the brain of a 14-year-old I will never again understand.
I don't mind if this gets bad reviews; it's not meant to be a work of art. It was simply the first story/major writing project I actually finished in school (and in life, that's sad).
There is grammatical polish and a couple of minor tweaks, but nothing to change the story in any way. I made sure to preserve what I had originally written.
There are 13 chapters, so I'll be uploading one every day. As I add them, I will probably be adding to this note as well.
*Perhaps, but there is a distinct charm. Yeah, I wasn't perfect, and am still not, but I can truthfully say that I actually enjoyed editing chapter 4 (yeah, this whole thing was never edited. Thanks past me. ~23k words left!). It's probably my favorite one so far. This definitely brings back memories.
