Olivia was still standing in front of the coffee machine inside the pantry, lost in thought, when Ethan and Daniel walked in and greeted her.
"Hey, aren't you taking this? Olivia?"
Daniel snapped his fingers near her face, making her flinch.
"Huh? What?" she asked, startled.
"Oh my… look at you."
Daniel blinked as he observed Olivia's face. Her makeup this morning looked noticeably softer, more natural.
"What now? Cosplaying as an innocent girl?" Daniel teased.
His gaze drifted toward what she was wearing. Instead of the usual fitted blazer and pencil skirt that hugged her figure and accentuated every curve, she was dressed in something looser.
"You're looking less red than usual," Daniel added teasingly, pointing toward Olivia's lips. "Where's the usual dangerous shade?"
Olivia glanced between Daniel and Ethan, visibly uneasy.
"What do you mean? This is peach, okay? It's trendy."
"Yeah, whatever. Let us get our coffee."
