Ariana's POV:
We arrived at the hospital and went to the floor of Rafael fratello's ward and quickly went in. I saw that Alfonso fratello was also there resting on the chair.
"Good morning fratello. How is Raf fratello?" I asked him, very worried for Raf fratello.
"Good morning. He hasn't woken up yet but the doctor checked him and said that everything is fine and he will wake up soon." I nodded and gave him the bag.
"Fratello, why don't you go and get freshen up. We are all here with him." He nodded and went to the washroom connected within the ward with the bag. I went and sat on the chair beside the bed. I took the hand of Raf fratello and squeezed it.
"Fratello, wake up quickly. We are all waiting for you." I said and sat there looking at the monitor that was beeping constantly showing his heart beats. All of my brothers and papa also sat down on the couch that was placed there. Twinnie also came and sat beside me on another chair.
"Don't worry twinnie. He will wake up soon. The doctor has also said so."
I nodded and then Alf fratello came out of the washroom all freshened up.
"Fratello here. Have some breakfast."
"Thank you Aria. Did you guys have breakfast?"
"Yes fratello. We had it. You eat your breakfast quickly." I said to him and he nodded and started eating his breakfast. I saw that Raf fratello's fingers were twitching like he was waking up.
"Look guys. Fratello's fingers are moving. Fratello can you hear me? Please open your eyes slowly." I said to him. All of my brothers and papa came forward. Alf fratello quickly pressed the button beside the bed to call the doctor. Raf fratello moved his eyes slowly and opened them. He blinked his eyes and squinted.
"Rafael." Papa called him affectionately and caressed his head. He looked at us and said in a hoarse voice.
"Water." Ben fratello brought the water and made him drink it with a straw. Just then the doctor came and made us leave the ward to let him check up on him. We waited outside for some time and then the doctor came out.
"How is he doing, doctor?" Papa asked him.
"He is recovering well. We will keep him for a few days for observation and then will discharge him. You have to take good care of him Mr. Romano."
"Okay doctor. We will take care of him. Thank you for your care." Papa said and then the doctor went from there. We went into the ward and saw that Raf fratello was looking at us.
"How are you feeling now Rafael?" Antonio fratello asked him.
"Good, brother. What happened to them?" He asked in a low voice.
"We dealt with them. Don't worry about it. You focus on your recovery. Okay?" Antonio fratello said.
"Okay brother." Rafael fratello said. "Fratello, are you feeling okay?" I asked him.
"I am fine now, Ari. Don't worry." He said to me.
"Fratello I was so scared when papa told me that you were shot. I thought, "What if something happened to you?" I just got you all. I don't want to lose any of you." I sobbed and hugged him carefully avoiding his hurt shoulder.
"Shhh... I am okay Ari. Don't cry. We are not going anywhere and you are not going to lose any of us. Don't worry. Stop crying Ari." He said, patting my back with his hand slowly. I nodded and lay there like that for a few minutes and then sat up.
"Princess, it's okay. Don't worry about it now." Papa came and hugged me. Leonardo fratello came forward with the lunch box and gave it to him.
"Rafael, have some soup. Ariana prepared it for you." He helped him sit up and adjusted the pillow making him comfortable. Raf fratello took the box and tried to take a sip of the soup but the spoon slipped from his hand due to the weakness. I quickly went to him and took the box.
"Fratello I will feed you." He nodded and I fed him the soup.
"Thank you Ari. It was delicious."
"I am happy that you liked it fratello." We sat there for some time. We didn't go to school today as we had to go to the hospital.
"Papa, fratelli, why don't you guys go home and rest for some time? Twinnie and I are here with Raf fratello." I said.
"Yes dad. You guys should go home and rest for some time. You have been awake for more than 24 hours now." Twinnie also supported me.
"Yes dad. Ari is right. You guys should go home and rest for some time. I am okay now anyways." Raf fratello spoke.
"Okay then. We will come back in the evening with dinner. I will send lunch with the bodyguard for you all." Antonio fratello said.
"Okay fratello. Go home and rest." Twinnie said. We bid them goodbye and they went home. Now Raf fratello, twinnie and I were the only ones left in the ward.
Just then some men and women came into the ward. There were two men and a woman. I was looking at them puzzled. Just then I heard Raf fratello talking.
"Hey guys. What are you doing here?"
"We came to see how you are doing doc." The girl said.
"Thank you for coming, Alina. I am doing fine now." Raf fratello said to the girl. Then he turned to us.
"Meet my siblings, guys. This is my sister Ariana and this is my brother Matteo. They are twins and the youngest of our family. Ariana, Matteo, these are my colleagues. Alina, Jack and Luka."
"Hello, nice to meet you. Rafael talks about you all the time." Jack said.
"Nice to meet you too." Twinnie and I said at the same time. We smiled at each other. While Raf fratello shook his head.
"So which department do you guys work in?" Twinnie asked them.
"We work in the same department as Rafael in pediatrics." Luka said.
"Wow, that's awesome. How long have you known each other?" I asked.
"I met Alina and Jack in college and Luka in hospital on my first day." Raf fratello said.
"So guys how was my fratello in college? Share some gossip with us." I asked them, smirking. Alina answered me.
"Rafael was like your typical good boy in college. He didn't do anything wrong. Totally devoted to his study." I pouted.
"Fratello I expected nothing else from you. So what about his love life?" I saw that Luka perked up at this question but he showed like he doesn't care. Hmm... Something is going on here.
"Well he was like a magnet for girls. He always received letters and proposals from girls and sometimes boys also. We always used to be jealous of him. Because of him we didn't get much attention from the girls." Jack said. At that time I was observing Luka to see his expression. I saw that he looked disappointed.
"So did he ever reciprocate?" Twinnie asked. Raf fratello was glaring at his friends for telling us all of this. But it was fun to know that my brother was so famous in his college. Of course it isn't that much of a shock because he is handsome.
"No. That's the issue. He never ever reciprocated to them. He never had any relationship in college." Jack said.
"What, why fratello?" I asked him.
"I only wanted to focus on my studies." Fratello replied. I saw that Luka looked like he was relieved. Hmm... There is definitely something going on here.
"Hm. That's the right thing to do. I am proud of you fratello." I said to him. He smiled. We sat there chatting for some time.
"Okay guys we will get going now. It's time for our shift." Jack said. We nodded and then bade them goodbye.
"Fratello, take a nap. You have to rest to recover quickly." I said to him. He nodded and lied down and soon he drifted to sleep. Twinnie and I sat down on the couch and talked for some time. Lunch time came and a bodyguard came with the lunch for us. We thanked him and took the lunch box and sat down.
I went and woke up fratello and told him to have lunch. We had our lunch. Time passed by and evening came. Papa and fratelli came with our dinner. Mom and dad were also with them. Then I remembered that we have asked them to have dinner at our place today.
"Hello dad and mom."
"Hello Ari. How are you now Rafael?" Dad asked.
"I am fine now uncle. Come and sit guys." Fratello said. Mom and dad sat with all of the others. Papa took out the dinner box for us and handed it over to me.
"Princess here. Have your dinner while it's still warm." Papa said to me.
"Did you guys have your dinner?"
"Yes we all had it." Dad answered. I nodded and went to plate it and gave it to twinnie and fratello. We had our dinner and then sat there chatting for a while.
"Princess, Matteo let's go home. Tonight Benjamin will stay here. You guys also need to rest. You have school tomorrow and you didn't go today either." Papa said.
"Okay papa. Let's go. Fratello, we will come after school tomorrow to meet you. Good night. Take care." I said giving him a light hug mindful of his injuries.
"Good night everyone." Ben fratello and Raf fratello said.
We went home and I went to my room after bidding goodnight to all of them. I went to the washroom and freshened up and went to sleep. I am exhausted now. I immediately slept upon my head touching the pillow.

I woke up to papa caressing my head and waking me up.
"Good morning papa." "Good morning princess."
I went to the bathroom and got ready for the day. I went downstairs and had my breakfast with everyone then went to school. We arrived at the school and went to classes. Classes went by but my mind was occupied by my fratello's well being.
Just as the school ended we quickly went home and freshened up. Then I went to the kitchen and made some soup for fratello and packed it.
"Hey twinnie. Did you pack the soup?" Twinnie asked me.
"Yes, twinnie. Let's go to the hospital." We went to the hospital together and went into the ward of our fratello. I saw that his friends were also there.
"Hey guys. Hello fratello. How are you feeling now?" I asked him.
"Hey Ariana and Matteo." They greeted us.
"I am feeling fine, Ari. Come here and sit down, you two." We went and sat down.
"Fratello, look, I made some soup for you. Quickly have it while it's warm." I said giving him the soup. He took it and ate it.
"When did you guys come?" Twinnie asked them.
"We are here for some time. We came to meet Rafael. So did you guys have school today?" Luka asked.
"Yes we went to school today." I said.
"Ok guys we will get going now. We will come and meet you tomorrow." Jack said. Then they went from there.
"Fratello, what did the doctor say about your recovery?" I asked Alf fratello who was with Raf fratello for today.
"He said he is recovering fine. We can take him home in 2 days." He replied.
"Wow. That's good news. Fratello, then you have to recover well and we will take care of you." I said to him beaming.
"Ok Ari. So how was your day today?" He asked twinnie and I. We chatted for some time about school and then it was time for us to go home. We bid him goodbye and went home.
