Ariana's POV:
I got ready as Luka is coming to our home. After that I went into the kitchen and saw that dinner was being made. Zia was helping the chef as she loves cooking and today was special. Raf fratello has told them that Luka will be coming today. They also know that Raf fratello is gay and as expected they don't have any problem with that. They were even thrilled to learn that he is in a relationship.
"Zia, may I help?" I went to her and asked.
"Of course. You can prepare lasagna. While I am making desserts."
"Ok Zia." I washed my hands and started making lasagna. By the time I was done it was time for Luka to come so I went and changed my dress again as it was filled with the kitchen smell.
After changing the dress I went to Raf fratello's room and knocked on the door.
"Come in." I pushed open the door and went in to see that he was ready and typing something on his phone.
"So are you going to get him or will he come by himself?"
"He said that he will come by himself as he also lives in the area near us." I nodded.
"When will he come?"
"In about 15 minutes."
"Ok then so let's go downstairs."
"Sure." We went into the living room and saw that all of the members were there chatting.
"Oh when will your boyfriend come, Raf?" Nonna asked.
"He will be here in a few minutes."
We then chatted for some time and Raf fratello was nervous the whole time. It wasn't very obvious. If anyone, who wasn't familiar with him, saw him, they wouldn't know that he was nervous. Just when I thought that I should talk with him, Luka arrived.
Raf fratello went and brought him in. Luka was as bright as ever.
"Hello everyone. I am Luka." He greeted everyone.
"Hey Luka." I greeted him with a smile. He smiled back. Then one by one everyone greeted him.
"Ok let me introduce you to everyone. This is my grandfather and grandmother. This is my father Gabriel. This is my uncle Roberto and aunt Sophia. They are my cousins Elio, Emilio, Alessio, Aurelio, Aldo and Luciano. Elio is the eldest and Luciano is the youngest. This is Antonio. He is the eldest. Then Leonardo, Alfonso, Benjamin and Matteo. You already know Ariana."
"Nice to meet you all. You guys have a big family." He said with a smile.
"Yeah that we do." Twinnie chuckled.
"Come sit with us." Tony fratello said to him. He went and sat with them.
"So Luka, when did you meet Raf?" Zia asked.
"I met him at the hospital on my first day of work. Then we were assigned to the same department. That's how we got to know each other." He smiled at my brother. They are so sweet and in love. I can clearly see that. I also want that in my life. Sigh.
"How long have you been in a relationship?" I asked this question because I was genuinely curious.
"Um..." Raf fratello got nervous all of a sudden. He looked around at everyone. Now I was confused as to why he is nervous.
"A...Almost a year."
"Two years."
Said both Raf fratello and Luka together. I was shocked. Who was telling the truth? They didn't know how much time they were dating for? I looked at everyone and saw that they were also confused except Tony fratello. I guess he knows the truth as he had told us that he knew that Raf fratello was dating Luka.
"Is it a year or two?" Alf fratello asked. Even Luka was looking at Raf fratello in shock. I guess that Raf fratello will be getting a lashing by him.
"You are going to learn a lesson today son." Papa said in amusement.
"Raf what are you talking about?" Luka asked fratello. We all were watching in amusement as my fratello started sweating.
"A.. Actually it is two years."
"Then why did you say almost a year?" Luka asked through his teeth. I guess he didn't like that.
"Be...Because I thought that they were going to get mad at me for not telling them for two years that I have been dating." Raf fratello said stutteringly.
"Oh yeah. You guessed right. Why didn't you tell us that you were dating for so long." Twinnie said.
"Dummy, he already told us that they started dating after working together." I said to him.
"But I thought that they saturated dating recently, like a year at most."
"I am sorry. I didn't tell any of you because I wanted to be sure first and as you all know I was also nervous about telling you all about me being gay. I thought that I will tell you when the time is right. Then we met Ari and I held up for some more time. I am sorry everyone. Luka I didn't forget about how much time we have been dating for. I will never forget our time together."
"Ok. I thought that was odd." Luka said.
"You dodged a bullet there brother." Luciano said with a smirk on his face.
"Yup." Raf fratello also agreed silently.
"So Luka, are you fine with us being mafia?" Papa asked him very seriously. He doesn't take it slightly when it comes to the family.
Luka also got serious and said, "I am fine with that being his part of life as long as he doesn't harm the innocent."
"That's good then. Luka you will also have to learn self defense if you are going to join our family because we can never know what will happen to us and it is important that we all know self defense. So that we can fight whenever it is necessary." Papa said to him in all seriousness. I also agree with him on this point.
"Ok I will learn it. I know some basics of it as I have attended a few classes in college."
"Can I train him papa?" I asked excitedly.
"Of course you can princess if Luka is alright with that."
"I have no problem with that." Luka said to me.
"Raf fratello get ready to have your butt kicked by Luka when I am done with him." I said with a smirk. He looked a little terrified at that thought but then nodded.
"He won't use those skills on me ever. Right baby?" He asked nervously.
"We will see that." Luka also said with a smirk.
"Brother you better not piss off princess or Luka in the future." Orlando said with a cheeky grin and I and Luka high fived each other.
Raf fratello shook his head in amusement. We all shared a laugh.
"Ok now let's go and have dinner." Zia said. I didn't even realise that so much time had passed by chatting and it was already dinner time.
After having a delicious dinner we bid goodbye to Luka as he has to go to the hospital for his night shift and Raf fratello will take him there. I have made plans with Luka for his training and he will be training with him on weekends and when he has time. As it is not easy for him to have free time as he is a doctor and all.
After he was gone I was going to my room to sleep when Nonna and Zia stopped me. Everyone stopped and looked at us to see what was the matter . I was also confused a s to what they wanted to talk about.
"What is it, Nonna and Zia?"
"Princess how about we sleep with you tonight together. What do you think?" Nonna asked me.
"Of course that would be awesome. Let's go. We will sleep in my room and talk till late at night." I said excitedly. Just then I heard someone clearing their throat. I turned and saw that it was Nonno and Zio.
"What happened to you both?" Nonna asked.
"Why didn't you tell us that you were going to sleep with our princess tonight?" Nonno asked.
"Yeah you also didn't tell me Sophia?" Zio asked Zia. As I was watching all of this I suddenly understood what was going on and couldn't stop my lips from twitching. I turned to look at everyone else and saw that they were also holding their laugh.
I saw that Nonna and Zia were glaring at their husbands. I was very amused. They were so old already and they couldn't sleep without their wives.
"Don't you know now?" Nonna asked.
"Let's go princess." Zia said.
"Stop. You know that I can't sleep without you and you still are going to sleep with princess." Zio said making it very hard for me to control my smile.
Zia turned and glared at him. "Have you no shame Robert. You are saying all of this in front of the children. You should at least think of your age."
"What's there to shame? You are my wife. We are married legally and have these children. I am sure they know how children are made." Zio said shamelessly.
"Eww. We don't need to know that." Emilio said grimacing.
"What eww. How do you think you came into this world boy?"
"Roberto Romano." He stiffened and slowly turned to look at Zia. She was fuming by now and he knew that he was in trouble now.
"You can say goodbye to sleeping with me. I am going to sleep with princess for the rest of the time that I am here. Now I am going to sleep with princess and you will not step foot in there. Let's go princess."
Just then Nonno also went to say something when Nonna said, "I will be very careful if I were you Leonard with what to say. If you don't want to have the same fate as your son." Nonno quickly closed his mouth.
"I was going to say good night. Let's go and have some sleep." After saying that he quickly went to his room and I saw that twinnie and Orlando were snickering and they also went to sleep.
We also went to my room. I saw that Zio wanted to say something but held himself back in fear of Zia extending his punishment. I went and changed my clothes to a night suit. When I came out I saw that Nonna and Zia had already changed their clothes. We then went to bed.
"Zia, do you think that Zio will let you sleep here for the rest of your time here?"
"No." Before Zia can answer, Nonna replied.
"Huh?"
"Because if he is anything like his father then he will not be able to sleep without Sophia and she will be there by tomorrow night." Nonna replied. I saw that Zia blushed a little.
"Yup." Zia replied.
"But Zia, if you know that then why did you give him that punishment?"
"Because princess, as women we have to keep our men on tight lease. If we give them too much freedom they will start to fly and it won't be good that way." Zia explained to me.
"You will understand one day, princess, when you find your love." Nonna said. I nodded to show that I understood.
We chatted for some time and then went to sleep as Nonna can't stay awake much late. When I was sleeping I heard my door open and got up. I saw that it was Zio. He put his finger to his lips to silence me and came in. I watched in amusement as he went to Zia and scooped her up in his arms and took her back to their room.
I thought that Zia and Nonna were wrong. Zia is back to her room tonight not tomorrow. Then I went to sleep and wondered if Nonna would be here or go back to their bedroom. After a few minutes my door opened again and I am wondering what would happen if I had my door locked.
This time it was Nonno and he went to Nonna and woke her up and Nonna willingly went back to her room. I was really amused by the men of my family.
Sigh. When will I have this kind of sweet love?
