Tang Han panics after realizing that what he thought was a dream was actually real, and that he openly nuzzled Rice Shower in front of everyone. He immediately imagines two disastrous outcomes: either being handed over to ordinary human authorities, or being taken by Tracen's student council and stripped of the protective outfit that hides his dangerous "horse-girl catnip" nature. In his mind, both options are catastrophic.
But the others are not focused on punishing him for physical impropriety. What catches their attention more is what he said while half-conscious.
Rice Shower is hurt when Tang Han tries to laugh it off as a joke. Seeing her reaction, he quickly clarifies that his affection for her is genuine. That makes Rice Shower happy again, and she shyly asks whether his earlier line about not resisting if she forced him into certain intimate things was also true. Tang Han immediately backpedals there, saying that part was a joke. Rice Shower, however, interprets this innocently, more like "dancing together," so she is satisfied as long as he truly likes her.
Then Rice Shower openly tells Tang Han that she likes him too. That nearly sends him into emotional overload, because for his "older-brother" instincts, that kind of confession from Rice Shower is devastatingly effective.
After that, Tang Han apologizes sincerely for how he behaved while out of it. Rice Shower forgives him very easily and even admits she did not hate the contact at all. Tang Han is deeply moved and internally upgrades her status even further: Urara is his angelic daughter, and Rice Shower is his cutest little sister.
At that point, Tokai Teio and King Halo interrupt. They still have not forgotten their earlier rivalry over who Tang Han likes more. Rice Shower immediately turns cold and dangerous toward them, because she has not forgotten what they were doing before Tang Han woke up.
Tang Han asks what happened. Rice Shower explains that when she arrived, Teio and King Halo were hovering over Tang Han performing CPR and were even on the verge of giving him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Rice Shower stopped them before they could go further.
Tang Han is shaken by that revelation. Teio, feeling guilty that their tug-of-war over him made him faint, offers a bizarre "punishment": she turns around, sticks out her backside, and asks Tang Han to spank her as compensation. Tang Han is horrified by the idea and refuses immediately, because from his perspective that would be even more suicidal.
King Halo, not wanting to be outdone, offers a much more self-serving "apology": she shyly spreads her arms and says Tang Han may proactively hug the "first-rate" King Halo as compensation. Tang Han finds this equally absurd.
Teio sees that and also changes her compensation request into asking for a hug. Then the innocent Urara joins in, thinking this has become some sort of group hugging event, and even Rice Shower hesitantly reaches toward Tang Han too. Tang Han is overwhelmed. He looks toward Mejiro McQueen, the only one who has not joined in, and McQueen asks if she is supposed to do it too. Tang Han hurriedly says no, because he already feels like he is about to be torn apart by the crowd.
In the end, Tang Han refuses all "compensation," says he forgives them, and insists that nothing like this should happen again. He also tells Urara and Rice Shower not to imitate the others, since they did nothing wrong.
Finally, he tries to restore order by moving on to the day's training and handing out the training plans. But as he does, he realizes one person is missing: Gold Ship has not shown up.
He messages her, and her reply is absurd as usual: she claims she has detected a distress signal from "Mars compatriots" and has launched a rescue mission against invading "Venusians." Tang Han translates this correctly as meaning she has skipped training for her own reasons again.
Normally he would not care too much, since he already treats Gold Ship with a hands-off approach. But today he has a more important reason to ask: he wants to know whether she will still accompany him later to collect something. Gold Ship promises she will appear then like a "divine reinforcement," and Tang Han can only accept that vague answer and hope she means it.
