The door to the room opened slowly.
The room wasn't large, but it was big enough for three children.
In each of the room's corners stood a simple wooden cabinet, and a small window looked out onto the dim red glow of lava in the distance.
As soon as the door closed—
Iggo immediately flopped down onto the bed.
"Ughh… finally."
But only for a few seconds.
He immediately got up again.
His eyes sparkled.
"Uh—uh, Bro."
Ariven, who was taking off her shoes, turned her head.
"What?"
Iggo pointed at Naivre.
"Your power."
There was a moment of silence.
Naivre raised his thin eyebrows.
"What?"
"Don't pretend," said Iggo as he approached.
"What happened in the hall earlier… that wasn't just 'storing things,' was it?"
Ariven moved closer as well.
Her eyes were sharp.
"I felt it too."
She narrowed her eyes slightly, as if recalling something.
"There's something… strange around you."
Naivre fell silent.
Clarity kicked in.
Quickly.
Processing words, expressions, and possibilities.
Then he exhaled softly.
"You guys won't stop until I answer, will you?"
Iggo immediately smiled widely.
"Definitely not."
Ariven nodded.
"No."
A few seconds of silence.
Then—
"Alright."
Naivre stepped into the center of the room.
"Try standing… a little further back."
Iggo immediately took a few steps back.
Ariven followed, still watching intently.
Naivre closed his eyes.
Slowly.
And at that moment—
The world changed.
He didn't "see."
He sensed.
Space.
Everything around him.
Like an invisible sphere… centered on his body.
Its radius wasn't large.
Maybe two… three meters.
But within it—
Everything was clear.
Very clear.
Iggo's location.
The position of Ariven's feet.
The moving air.
Tiny dust particles floating by.
Even—
The faint vibration of the wooden floor.
Naivre opened his eyes.
"Within this area…" he said softly,
"I can sense everything."
Iggo blinked.
"Everything?"
"Try moving," said Naivre.
Iggo immediately stepped to the left.
Before his foot actually touched the floor—
Naivre had already spoken:
"Left. Two steps."
Iggo froze.
"...huh?"
He tried again.
Quickly this time.
But—
"Right. A small jump."
One of Iggo's feet stopped in midair.
His eyes widened.
"Crazy…"
Ariven narrowed her eyes.
She moved.
Quickly.
Faster than Iggo.
But—
"Behind me. Half a step."
Naivre didn't even turn around.
Ariven stopped.
Then smiled faintly.
Not an ordinary smile.
But a smile… of interest.
"This isn't just a feeling," she said.
"This… is reading the space."
Naivre nodded slowly.
"It seems to depend on my perception attribute, but not just that," he said.
He raised his hand slightly.
A coin on the table—
disappeared.
Iggo immediately turned around.
"Huh?!"
"When did you—?!"
Naivre looked at his hand.
"This time… I didn't touch it."
Silence.
Iggo immediately ran to the table.
"The coin?!"
"It's inside," Naivre replied briefly.
"Try taking it out again!"
Naivre focused his mind.
Then—
The coin reappeared in his hand.
As if emerging from thin air.
"WOAH!!"
Iggo nearly jumped excitedly.
"That's so cool!!"
Ariven didn't react that strongly.
But her eyes grew sharper.
"You don't need physical contact…" she muttered.
"As long as it's within that range."
Naivre nodded.
"Like… your own territory," Ariven continued.
Naivre fell silent for a moment.
Then—
"Yes."
Iggo immediately grabbed a few small objects.
A coin, a small stone, a pen, a marble, and he tossed them toward Naivre.
"Try catching these! This one too!"
Naivre complied.
One by one—
The objects vanished.
Without a touch.
Without any major movement.
Just… intent.
But after a few times—
Naivre stopped.
His breathing changed slightly.
"Tired?" asked Ariven.
Naivre nodded.
"Not physically."
He touched his temple.
"More like… focus."
Clarity helped.
But there were still limits.
Iggo sat on the floor.
Still in awe.
"So… you can store anything around here?"
"As long as it's within range," Naivre replied.
Ariven stepped forward.
She stepped inside the "sphere."
She felt it immediately.
A space that was… different.
Ethereal.
Yet real.
She raised his hand.
She moved it slowly.
"If I attack…" she said softly.
Naivre looked at her.
"...I already know."
Ariven smiled slightly.
"This is cheating."
They kept trying.
Over and over.
Measuring the distance.
Testing the limits.
"About three meters," Naivre said finally.
"Any further than that… it starts to blur."
Iggo tried to throw a coin outside the radius.
Naivre failed to catch it.
"Out of range," he said.
They tried again.
In—success.
Out—failure.
The pattern was clear.
Time passed.
Without them realizing it.
The lava light outside grew dimmer.
The sky was completely dark.
But inside the room—
They were still awake.
Iggo finally collapsed onto the bed.
"Tired…"
But his face was still full of energy.
"Bro… this is so OP."
Naivre frowned.
"What?"
"Never mind," he said.
Ariven was still sitting, leaning against the wall.
Her eyes were half-closed.
But she remained alert.
"With this…" she said softly,
"No one can touch you without you knowing."
Naivre didn't answer.
But deep down, he knew it was true.
Slowly—
Iggo fell asleep.
His breathing began to steady.
A few moments later—
Ariven also closed her eyes.
But before she fell completely asleep—
She muttered:
"If anyone tries anything…"
"Wake me up."
Naivre stared at the two of them.
For a long time.
Then he looked back at his hands.
Empty.
But not truly empty.
Within him—
That space exists.
Serene.
Yet vast.
The night grows late.
Silence begins to take over.
And without them realizing it—
Time keeps moving forward.
Approaching…
Midnight.
