Chapter 10 - Lightning Judgement

Seven Years Earlier — 2019

The battlefield had already become a wasteland.

Collapsed buildings.

Shattered roads.

Smoke rising into the sky.

Standing among the destruction was Abhishek, breathing heavily.

His mind raced.

What the hell…

How did she read my powers?

Is she provoking me to show her more abilities?

Before he could think further—

A voice whispered beside his ear.

"Thinking too much isn't healthy."

Abhishek's eyes widened.

Manasvi was suddenly standing behind him.

So close he hadn't even sensed her presence.

Her lips moved slightly as she spoke quietly near his ear.

"You're not one of the Forest Organization's dogs."

Her tone was curious.

"So who exactly are you?"

"And how did you get those superpowers?"

Abhishek reacted instantly.

He raised his hand.

A powerful force burst outward.

Repulsion Magic.

The energy wave struck Manasvi directly.

Her body launched backward like a missile.

CRASH.

She smashed into the wall of a building, embedding into the concrete.

Dust and debris exploded outward.

For a moment everything became silent.

Then—

Manasvi slowly stepped out of the cracked wall.

She brushed dust off her shoulder.

"You really don't get it, do you?"

Her voice sounded almost bored.

"I'm giving you a choice."

She raised one finger.

"Join me."

Then another finger.

"Or get killed by me."

She stared at him carefully.

"But honestly…"

"Killing you would be a waste of talent."

Her lips curved into a small smile.

"So I'm planning to make you mine."

She raised her hand toward the sky.

"Now… what was that spell called…"

She pretended to think for a moment.

"…Ah, right."

"Sky."

Suddenly the clouds above the city exploded with light.

Thousands of lightning bolts began falling from the heavens.

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

The sky turned white.

Lightning rained down across the entire city.

Buildings exploded.

Roads shattered.

Entire districts collapsed under the storm.

Abhishek moved instantly.

His body blurred as he dodged every bolt.

His reflexes pushed to their absolute limit.

Manasvi watched with interest.

"…Good."

She lifted her hand again.

"Come."

The lightning in the sky suddenly gathered together.

Forming a gigantic shape.

A dragon made entirely of lightning.

Its body stretched across the clouds.

Its eyes burned like stars.

Then it attacked.

The lightning dragon shot toward Abhishek with a speed close to light itself.

The impact was catastrophic.

The energy wave traveled far beyond the battlefield.

Across the ocean.

And the shockwave reached the distant Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The islands were devastated by the unimaginable blast.

Back at the battlefield—

Abhishek's body collapsed.

His clothes were torn.

His body nearly broken apart.

Bones cracked.

Blood covered the ground.

His consciousness slowly faded.

Darkness started to consumed his vision.

Abhishek lay on the ruined ground.

His body was shattered.

Bones cracked.

Muscles torn.

Blood spread across the destroyed battlefield.

His vision blurred as darkness slowly swallowed everything.

Shit…

Shit…

His thoughts were fading.

I'm losing consciousness…

I don't want to go into that form…

Nearby, Manasvi crouched beside him.

She brushed a strand of his black hair away from his face.

Her expression was calm.

Almost gentle.

"Oh, you poor thing."

She looked down at his broken body.

"Your endurance and willpower are on another level."

Suddenly—

BOOM.

A punch slammed toward her face.

Manasvi didn't move.

The fist passed through her.

She cut his hand but

The attacker shattered into fragments.

A clone.

Her eyes slowly lifted.

Something was standing a few meters away.

It looked like Abhishek.

But at the same time…

It didn't.

His body stood upright again.

His wounds barely mattered.

His eyes had turned completely black.

A terrifying aura surrounded him.

Cold.

Emotionless.

Pure killing intent.

This was no longer just a wounded boy.

This was something else entirely.

Manasvi stepped back slightly.

Her eyes widened.

"…What?"

Her mind raced.

That form…

This only happens in my family.

She whispered under her breath.

"Echo."

A rare state that only a certain bloodline could awaken.

In the Echo Form, a living being became something like a perfect combat machine.

In this state Abhishek is not Abhishek at all at this moment he is just a Monster with killing intent

It pushed the user to their absolute potential.

But that wasn't the most terrifying part.

Echo allowed its user to borrow power from other realms.

Even from higher existences.

Manasvi stared at the boy.

Is this kid… related to me?

But that's impossible.

Her expression darkened.

My entire family was erased from existence…

By that bastard angel.

Suddenly—

The earth trembled.

All around them, rocks began to rise into the sky.

Not just rocks.

Entire sections of land.

The ground itself started floating.

The whole region of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands lifted into the air.

Mountains.

Forests.

Oceans.

Everything.

The floating landmass collapsed inward from every direction.

Compressing around Manasvi.

Creating a gigantic sphere made of rock, soil, and ocean water.

The displacement of water triggered massive waves across the surrounding seas.

Shockwaves spread across the Bay of Bengal.

Coastal regions from Myanmar to Thailand, and even the eastern shores of India, faced catastrophic flooding.

Inside the sphere—

Manasvi was trapped.

Abhishek raised one hand.

The entire sphere shot upward.

Into space.

Then—

With another gesture—

He used repulsion magic.

The massive sphere accelerated.

Reaching nearly light speed

Reaching in the deep space

And it came crashing back toward Earth.

But inside the sphere—

Manasvi opened her eyes calmly.

"…Annoying."

Space around her twisted.

A Mirror Dimension formed.

A separate universe-like space.

Its size stretched nearly as far as the solar system.

The incoming sphere entered that dimension.

And slammed directly into Mars inside that mirrored reality.

The impact was beyond catastrophic.

Mars was completely obliterated.

The explosion sent enormous shockwaves through the mirror dimension's cosmic space.

But outside…

In the real world…

Everything became quiet again.

Manasvi stepped back into reality.

Her body was already healing.

Broken bones repairing.

Burned flesh regenerating.

Within seconds she stood perfectly fine.

She looked around.

The battlefield was empty.

"…He's gone."

The boy had vanished.

Despite the overwhelming power he had just unleashed.

Manasvi touched the small wound still healing on her arm.

"…Interesting."

Even after such an existence-level attack, she had taken only minor damage.

But something else bothered her.

If that boy truly possessed Echo…

Then somewhere in the world…

There might still be someone connected to her lost bloodline.

And if that was true…

Then the past she believed destroyed might not be over yet.
