Upon seeing Chen Wei, the little girl, Chen Mei, scurried over with tiny, eager steps.
"Ouch!"
Chen Wei scooped her up into his arms and playfully stroked her nose, asking with a smile, "Has MeiMei been a good girl at home?"
"Mhm, MeiMei has been very good and didn't wander off."
She nodded vigorously, then pointed her little finger towards the livestock farm and said, "But MeiMei saw the chickens, ducks, cows, and sheep grow so quickly. They got bigger in just a short time!"
Upon hearing the question, Chen Wei couldn't help but chuckle. "That's because your brother used magic. That's why the cows and sheep grew so quickly."
"Magic?" The little girl's eyes sparkled as she clapped her hands in admiration. "Brother, you're so amazing."
"And look, there's a new pond over there. MeiMei saw lots of fish leaping out of it," she said, pointing excitedly at the farm.
Chen Wei grinned. "All of this—the pond, the animals, even these weapons and big guns—were conjured up by magic. They're here to protect MeiMei and your brother. If any person, wild beast, or monster dares to come near, I'll use these weapons to chase them away."
"Wow, that's incredible!" The little girl's thoughts were simple, and she didn't dwell on the details. She cheered joyfully at his words.
"What's that smell?" Chen Mei wrinkled her nose and sniffed around Chen Wei before covering her mouth with her tiny hand. "You smell bad, brother. Really bad."
Caught off guard by her comment, Chen Wei sniffed the air and realized she was right. There was a strong, unpleasant scent of blood. It was from dissecting mutated fierce beasts and extracting their crystal nuclei; he had been splattered with their blood and hadn't noticed the stench while he was on the move.
Now back at home, Chen Wei felt a bit embarrassed as he set Chen Mei down. "MeiMei, why don't you go play? Big brother is going to take a shower."
"Okay, go wash up, big brother. If you don't, you'll be too stinky, and MeiMei won't like that," she advised, standing there like a little grown-up, her head held high as she looked at him adorably.
Chen Wei couldn't help but laugh at his delightful little sister. "Alright, I'll get cleaned up. I promise I won't be stinky anymore."
With his robust physique, Chen Wei was already ten times stronger than an average person, and that was before considering that he had reached the third level of the Nirvana Stage.
He skipped boiling water altogether and headed straight to the bathroom, where he filled several buckets with cold water and began to wash himself.
"Ugh, the living conditions here leave something to be desired. I'm a rough and tough guy, so I can handle it, but I can't let MeiMei be uncomfortable."
As Chen Wei bathed, he pondered over his home's state, considering some renovations.

"Okay, let's do it. But first, let me fully envision the house's design. There's no rush."
"Understood, Host," the system responded.
So, as he continued his bath, Chen Wei's mind raced with ideas for his dream home.
"Hmm, a cozy little villa would be perfect!"
"Definitely need a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms!"
"And a dedicated storage room for ingredients would be ideal!"
"Don't forget a playroom for MeiMei!"
